If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are so unprofessional and lie to you about fees. If you ever owe them money make sure you keep records and even go as far as recording phone calls with them. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to live. And save money because what they charge is outrageous when you can rent a house for much cheaper.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! We had several maintenance issues while living there that were taken care of in a slow manner. The faucet flew off at me while I was in the shower causing water to go every, but of course this isn't considered an emergency because we had a second bathroom. Then the air conditioning leaked causing water to come up through the laminate floors. Maintenance had to cut a hole in the wall and placed an extremely loud industrial fan in the hall for days to get it dry. Then they had to come back and spend more time patching up the wall, all of this which

This place is awful to live, the apts are disgusting, even the newly remodeled ones are gross. They don't clean the apts before you move in, moved into to 2 apts and both had mold and food all over kitchen and bathrooms. They don't care about noisy neighbors, and the buildings are old so you can hear your neighbors and the blasting stereos from the cars and your neighbors. So if you want peace and quiet, you won't find it here. And they won't do anything about noisy neighbors who blast music and stomp above your heads, but they make you promises that they will. I am rating this 2 Stars because in Roanoke Va, you can live like a KING for having to pay 875+ utilities (1050-1100) a month for a SINGLE apt. You can literally have a 2 car garage 4 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood for that price in this area. This place even hikes up the meters and I have noticed significantly higher utility rates compared to other apartment places. I will say the apartments are nice BUT DONT LIVE HERE. They pulled a scheme on me. Long story short- I make good money at my job and made all payments on time. There was one month out of the 10, I went on vacation and was ONE
