Been in my unit for a year now and now big issues or complaints. Trash gets picked up on time. The new clubhouse is great and secure. All the staff members are excellent and helpful. The layout is great and everything works fine. My lease was renewed and only went out about $60 which I was okay with being that the new clubhouse opened. Breezeway gets a little dusty but that's expected from outside. Also a few bug issues but pest control comes to spray and no issues since treatment.

Awful experience here. Fire panel going off constantly and management couldn’t care less, I had to finally get the fire Marshal I involved. I lived here a year and never got to use the pool or any amenities. Maintenance is nearly non -responsive, the management office too. The work done on this apartment was very shoddy and it’s falling apart. Avoid this place, you won’t regret it.
UPDATE:
The windows do not keep water out. This is the mold growing that I found behind my headboard that sat up against the window. I seriously can not believe I've been sleeping next to this for the past year

To be honest! I’m very disappointed. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now. The first year was great when Legacy owned the apartments, Maintenance was quick, Office staff were around and friendly. Since Adventura took over, things have changed. If I go to the office or call to ask a question (which I don’t do often, maybe 6 times in the last 2 years) it’s like I’m interrupting them. I’ve put 2 maintenance requests in, the first I had to phone daily because it was serious and the second I’m still waiting after 6 weeks! I love the layout of my apartment but I’ll definitely

We moved here more than a week ago and the apartment is "unfinished". We've been putting in work requests for everything that hasn't been fixed: sinks not working, missing light, washer rusty and dirty, floors were dirty with paint all over the place (I had to clean it myself), kitchen island needs to be fixed, plugs need to be covered and the list goes on.. I have been trying to talk with management since I got here and they have been "sorry" since we arrived but not doing much to fix the problem. The apartment looks nice and the location is good, it could have been a nice first impression, too

I recently just moved here in March 2021. Move-In for my roommate and I was absurd. We had to put in 5 different maintenance requests to start out because the bathrooms were dirty (tub stained with bleach), the floors had not been cleaned properly, one of our doors was off the hinge. Maintenance takes forever to reply and come to look at housing/appliance issues. All of our initial move in requests were looked at and completed 3 months after we moved in which I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and time efficiency to complete those.
