Critical: Quality, Value
Paint barely covers my nails. Worst pedicure ever. Didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut just chose for herself. Had to ask her to get my in growns, and she basically didn't. Very overpriced for what you get, trying to get too many people in and out.

Been coming here since they first open and I love it ! Staff are super nice and friendly. Ray is an amazing manager and very caring. If your nail broke or polish cheaped and you had it done within a week, you can come back and they'll fix it for you no charge. Also they are very understanding and I love them for that.

They charged my mother $70.00 the last time she went for gel nail services. Obviously, taking advantage of a very nice lady. I do not allow anyone to treat my mother shamefully. I am not very happy with Oxford Happy Nail Spa. I called them two times to speak with the owner or manager, and twice I was told they were unavailable to speak with. If this situation is not addressed appropriately, my mother will not be returning. We'll see if they reply back to this review. I'm quite sure they won't... Have a Blessed Day.....

The service is pretty good, very nice people. I just felt a little rushed when I was picking out the nail color and there wasn't a lot of people so I don't see why they need to rush. That's the only complaint I have.The lady who did my nails was very kind and I love the way they look. I recommend getting gel because they last up to 3 weeks and take a lot to chip.five stars!
