Had a great experience. working with Michael Kurek of the Jason Mitchell Group. We were out of town buyers and Mike spent countless hours reviewing properties and discussing each one with us. We made several trips to town to see houses and Mike was always available and flexible with us. I purchased a home using this company and was assigned Atasha Tallie. She showed us a couple homes a couple times and was rude to the fact we didn't have 50,000. cash to offer over ask, My daughter even said she acts like we are wasting her time. I suggested the area where I ended up purchasing. She tried to get me to make offer sight unseen (I refused) when i finally wanted to offer i called her to say lets make an offer she told me flat out she has other clients and cant do it today! I stayed with it though. At the final walk through she brought a small child which made it difficult to inspect

I was referred to Jason Mitchell by Quicken Loans because they offered $3000 discount off the closing cost (which later both companies didn't acknowledge they ever promised anything.)
I worked with one of the agent. One of the regret was that I trusted their agent thinking because she was a professional, she would look out for things we could have miss during the contract negotiation, inspector process, and other helpful advice (you know, since she works on the field everything, she might be able to know more things). I was wrong. I followed every bit of advise, and I regret every single of it

My realtor from JMG was a miracle worker. I wanted a house with some property to house my many beehives. The market is so hot right now and immediately after I put my offer the sellers received 2 others, both with escalation clauses!
My offer was a few grand under asking price and somehow my JMG agent was able to get them to accept my offer over my competition offering more money! Now myself and the bees have a home! Thanks JMG!
