I want to thank Angnita “Angy” Corryn and the team at Buckingham for their constant support throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we were assisted every step of the way. Angnita was available to answer questions within minutes and kept track of our file and answered our calls even after work hours. We were ready to close well before the actual closing date. (About 2 weeks before). We would recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience!

Excellent closing experience, rapid responces from my broker and robust support throughout. In particular would like to call out the fact that I had to go through virtual closing and notary process to support remote closing, and Buckingham supported me throughout. The only suggestion I would have for any virtual closings would be to have a quick review of the steps with the broker to ensure technology works as planned.
Overall a very pleasing closing process end-to-end and great team support, would highly recommend to anyone with mortgage refinancing needs.

Angnita Corryn helped us with our refinance, she is very easy to work with. She handled our refinance very quickly and efficiently . Any time my wife or I had a question or issue she responded within minuets by phone or email. She was able to find us a rate even lower than I expected, and also found us a great deal on our homeowners insurance!!! She is hands down the best loan officer I have ever worked with and I will only be using her in the future. If you are looking to save money and have your needs met quickly she is the loan officer to call.

We refinanced through Buckingham Mortgage, and our Agent, Fiona Mulema. was extremely helpful through the entire process. Fiona was very friendly, knowledgeable, and she answered all our questions and concerns. She was also extremely responsive, and helped us resolve all issues that came up during the loan approval process.
