Second maintenance request and Steve Ramsey did a great job. We had shelves in our fridge and freezer that needed to be fixed. He fixed them, took the old ones and cleaned up any mess that was left from the boxes. Very pleased once again!

Inspection and the charges that this company claimed against us was a joke upon move out. We cleaned everything to a very high standard and definitely left the place better then we got it. It was in immaculate condition and we got way overcharged since I wasn’t there at the inspection. Typical

I've been renting HomeRiver Group for about 9 years now. I've never had any issues with anyone I've dealt with here. My current manager is Katie Golden and she is always pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommended in my book!

Jared is a wonderful employee and I really enjoyed talking with him. He was quick and thorough with his inspection and attended to my concerns. He's a very kind, considerate and professional gentleman.
Love all the people at HomeRiver I've come in contact with... Ashley Cotton-Ramos, Megan, Sharon Caba, etc. All are very professional and quick to help out with any of our maintenance or property management needs. Highly recommend these employees and the company! Top notch!

Update: The property owners gave us a full refund of our deposit, which was great, we worked really hard cleaning and left the place nicer then when we moved in.The property owners are good honest people. The same cannot be said however for Kelly at HomeRiver. She's so incompetent and out of touch with her clients that she went ahead and did a post move out inspection, and then sent us a check for 200 less then the deposit, which we had already received all of. Seems really fishy that the owners of the property accepted the state of the house, but Kelly wanted to charge 200 bucks for "cleaning

My Family & I Have Lived At Harper Ridge Apartments For Over 2 Years Now And I Have To Say I Have Never Met A Property Manager Like Robby. He Has Been Our Property Manager From The Beginning, When Our Apartments Were Being Built. He Has Always Been So Caring And Our Process Of Finding A Nice Place For My Family Has Never Been Easier Because Of Robby. Whenever We Have A Question Or Concern He Is Very Responsive And Professional At His Job. He Is One Of The Reasons Harper Ridge Is Such A Great Place To Live. The property managers, Robby and Baylee, have been nothing but quick to responding to any questions I’ve had. I had found damage to my apartment a few weeks after moving in from previous tenants and Robby still quickly added photos of the damage to my account and assured me that I would not be charged for it upon moving out, even though I was well past my move-in inspection cut off date. 5 stars!
