The staff here is warm and knowledgeable, the venue is small inside but has a gorgeous view of the vineyard & the wedding venue out back, the wine tasting is reasonably priced. Truthfully, I’m not a huge wine person. That being said, I enjoyed every wine they poured (they were offering some big pours too). The winter hours can be kind of a pain as they close rather early, that holds true for virtually all of the wineries in the region though. What really sold it was the staff - so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help you find a wine you enjoy!

Overview: Wine was so-so, space gives you a low-key vibe which is super nice and staff were friendly
More details:
The back area for weddings and even the deck for wine tasting is fantastic! You definitely could go out here and enjoy the afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly and tasting was fine. Right now it is $15 per tasting but goes towards a bottle which ranges between $20-$35 I believe so you can walk away with a couple bottles for inexpensive amounts.
I would say the wine wasn't really for us which was a bummer. But everything else about it was good.
Probably lean towards

We had a 5:00 pm reservation. We showed up at 5:10. Rachel was very rude. Didn't want to do wine tasting for us.. She never explained tastings. More concern about getting us out of there. We went here because of a previous positive experience someone had in our party. We were very disappointed in how rude our server was.

This is a beautiful setting and the service was good. We bought a case of wine that was very reasonably priced. The only wines that were available for tasting were the older vintages that were on sale in an effort to clear them out. They were 2014. None of the newer vintages were available to taste (and this was a sunny Saturday afternoon). We thought that was weird. We would have liked to try the Tempranillo and some of the other current vintages.

A friend and I visited for a couple glasses of wine, which resulted in my feeling the sickest I've ever felt in my life--after only 2 glasses of wine. I couldn't stop throwing up, so I waited in my car in the parking lot for the sickness to go away. Someone working here had the audacity to call the cops claiming they were concerned I would drive away intoxicated. I wasn't bothering anyone and wasn't planning to drive anytime soon. Luckily I didn't get in trouble after this establishment overserviced me. I had the only bad hangover I've ever experienced the following day. Will not be returning.

Attended the most romantic wedding in the most beautiful outdoor setting I have ever seen. Beautiful indoor setting for the dinner and dancing right on the same premises. Everything was picture postcard perfect!! Tucannon Cellars did a spectacular job making unforgettable memories for everyone in attendance!

After relocating back to the area last summer, my husband and I quickly made wine tasting our favorite weekend hobby and embarked on a crusade to find our own hidden gems that well traveled wine aficionados blog about. Tucannon Cellars is exactly what I had hoped to find!
This boutique winery is comfortable and charming. Ethan always welcomes us by name and is quick to start a conversation, which makes us feel right at home. On our first visit, we were introduced to Mourvèdre and spent an hour chatting with the winemaker, Phil, as he raked leaves. We joined the wine club that same day!
