Fresh Sushi Catering

I have to give Patrick an enthusiastic 5 stars! He catered my husbands 40th birthday party which was an intimate dinner w close friends and he wowed all of us! He was on time and his entire set up is nothing short if professional and elegant! The food was all so delicious! Very creative as well as beautifully plated. I was expecting ok...what I got was just incredible! Highly, highly recommend him!!!

Patrick and his team were the highlight of our party. They are pure professionals with attention to details which makes all the difference. The wassabi is a real one- not made of powder. The seaweed and cucumber salads are made with the most authentic ingredients. Finally the sushi and sashimi platters are exceptional in taste and presentation. Patrick we can't thank you enough!

Had Patrick prepare a dinner for family visiting from Korea. Everything was great. Excellent toro, uni, Japanese yellowtail, etc. even the teriyaki chicken was on point. Would use his services again without hesitation.

We hired Patrick to cater a brokers open for and it couldn't have been more of a hit!! On top of his creative expertise and delicious fresh sushi, he was super quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Tuna nigiri with blood orange and black garlic purée was the bomb!! I am still thinking about it.... mmmmm... Patrick was very good at entertaining us with his skills.

I'm with Anony here... I wish I would have taken more pictures before we ate everything up! But when the plates came out I was so struck by how lovely the presentation was and how delicious it looked - phone/camera forgotten as chopsticks magically appeared in my hand ready for action. So, for the lack of photos, I apologize.

We had a smallish, intimate party with about a dozen ravenous sushi eaters. Chef Patrick kept plate after plate coming, all while dazzling us with his knife and presentation skills. Because it was such a small group, a couple of us sat at the island and bothered, I mean

Wow, where do I start? I hired Fresh Sushi Catering for my party of about 60 people in my home. Patrick was so great to work with from beginning to end. You can tell they all take pride in their work. The chefs are all wonderful and the sushi...amazing! If you're looking to wow your guests, hire them. My guests could not stop talking about the food and the sashimi platter was absolutely beautiful! And even though Patrick was not able to do my event, he stopped by my house after working his event to see how everything turned out. Talk about going above and beyond! Can't say enough about Patrick . His staff and the super fresh fish. We had a super bowl party with about 40 guests. Some who didn't like sushi had options of chicken teriyaki and tempura. Great sushi! Very fresh and lots of different selections of fish. The service was great and the food kept coming all night long.

Patrick's creative rolls and freshest fish are amazing, it is difficult to pick a favorite but the seared salmon or "butter roll", the desert unaghi and anything with toro cannot be missed.

Just last nigh the catered a party for my wife.

We had never done a home catered party before. At first we had considered doing the standard taco guy but out of the blu my wife said, let's do sushi. So a quick search we found Patrick.

He came to our hour an hour or so before the party for prep and as the guests started coming so did the sushi and man o man. It was awesome. I never had baby octopus before and it was awesome. I think I had everything that came out and it was filled up!

Obviously, Patrick and fresh sushi catering is amazing, the 5 star reviews tell you that. He recently catered an event for us where we had about 250 people. Patrick was an absolute professional and did an amazing job. He was at the venue early to set up, brought everything he needed and got right to work! He handled the crowds and I did not have to worry about anything.

Everyone told me it was the best sushi they had ever had. He interested with the guests and they absolutely loved seeing the sushi being made fresh right in front of them. He was in high demand that night!

This review is long over do! I had them come out for a small group of friends to do a sushi night and it was awesome!! My chef was amazing and all of the sushi was top quality and delish. My friends still talk about it as one of the best nights. I can't wait to use them again:) My husbands 40th is coming up soon and he wants to do it again only on a larger scale. If you need someone to cater a sushi event, don't think twice to use them!
