This is our Thumbs Up! Flagship bacon that's been made great with a little thing we call Love! We cure and smoke our pork bellies in our signature "Love Rub." Get your Canadian Breakfast on the right way. Pickled pork back cured in the finest mustard seed, garlic and kissed with the finest of Canada's maple Syrup.

We flew down from Seattle area and I messaged them to find out where they would be this weekend. Found them at our favorite brewery, right where they said they would be. Hands down the most tender, tasty and most awesome BBQ I've had. Cannot rave enough praise. Wish I lived closer.

This is easily the best BBQ I’ve had in California. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. I lived in Kansas City for 5 years and Oklahoma for 3 months and this is on par with some of the best places in the business. Definitely recommend the brisket.

This BBQ truck is L-E-G-I-T. I have been waiting for a good Southern-style BBQ place for a long time and finally I found one.... at a brewery no less (Burgeon). The smoked wings are amazing and they come with 3 very tasty sauces: BBQ, spicy BBQ and mustard BBQ. The brisket is sweet and smokey with a generous amount of bark giving it a nice crunch. The sides are great too, I really like the "Gloslaw"-- lots of black pepper. I absolutely cannot wait to try the rest of their menu. By the way, the owners, Miles and Haley are seriously the nicest, friendliest people you will meet. Thanks for bringing

Thumbs Up Bacon & BBQ is one of the best options for BBQ in all of San Diego! The owners are so kind and personable! You can tell how much of a passion they have for the food they make. Everything from the brisket to the pulled pork to the tofu; you won't go wrong! Don't even get me started about their corn bread and cheese balls. Would highly recommend their catering services or if you can catch them at a local brewery.

Our faves are the pulled pork and pastrami, but everything we have ordered is phenomenal. Hubs is in love with their yellow mustard sauce - it's the perfect compliment to the meat. All of the meat is pre-cooked/vacuum sealed (except the bacon, which I finally ordered and haven't tried yet!), crazy perfectly smoked and moist, tender.
