The paella was outstanding and our guests all loved it! It was super easy to get everything going - the website is great and when I called the staff helped with making recommendations. On the day of the event, the chef showed up about 2 hours prior to set up and start cooking. And then was very friendly and professional with serving the paella. The paella was delicious! They know what they are doing and they do it very well!

We hired Paella Valenciana for our wedding and they were incredible. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still talking about it. We had the Manchego cheese and Spanish meatballs which were favorites during our cocktail hour. We then had three paellas for dinner and they were beyond tasty, plus having them cooking it fresh right at the venue for guests to see made it even more fun.
They were so helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. They even recommended our wait staff for the evening who were so professional and organized.

This company is AMAZING! We were in a VERY tight pinch for finding a caterer very last minute and we called Paella Valenciana and Anna answered the phone and not only did she take care of all the details for the menu immediately, she also helped me work with the city permit we needed to have for our event at the park. She has AMAZING costumer service and I honestly felt like I was working with a dear friend! They were great with communication esp. since my phone was not picking up messages. They never gave up and were at the location on time with lovely smiles on their faces. There were 2 chefs
