I have been a patient here for at least 15 years. As some of the other reviews note here and on the Azaz reviews, the facilities have been upgraded over the years, but at the cost of progressively worse patient service each year.
At my last visit, I waited ~2 hours to see a doctor for a basic annual physical during a time when COVID cases were low. For the past 3 months, I have been calling them and even visiting their office in person to get results back for my blood work to see if I need to still use my supplements. Not happy. Went for a covid rapid test. Took my test and was told someone would call me with my results that night unless I wanted to wait 15-30 minutes. They took me almost an hour late so I told them to just call me. No call that night. The next morning I call and speak to someone and told her I didn’t get my results. She can’t find them and said will call me back- which she never did. I waited a few hours and called back again. A female repeated the same thing and ended up hanging up on me. I end up getting a call from a gentleman who found my appointment reservation but can’t understand

One thing that I can't get over is how long I have to wait to see the doctor I have an appointment with. I always get there a few minutes before my appt. time, check in and wait min. of 30 minutes to 60 minutes before being seen by the doctor.
I have brought this up to Dr. Azaz more than once, but I keep experiencing the same frustrating delays.
