My husband & I have been living in Monterra @ Bonita Springs since Oct of 2018. We really do love it here, the staff in the office are awesome, they're so nice, personable and accommodating and the maintenance guys are amazing, they are 3 great guys and they know their job and they do it well! They really take care of their tenants and they care!! The grounds are always clean and manicured and the club house was just redone and it is so beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The pool area has new grills and a gazebo and plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the scenery and your neighbors! I highly

My fiancé and I have lived here for 2 years now and really love it. The location is great, it’s super quiet and the staff in the leasing office is always super helpful. Maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion and all in all we are very happy living here.

I have been living at Monterra for almost four years. I love the peace and quiet of the area, the large trees and preserve. The apartments are very large and the rent is not over the top. If there are any issues the ladies in the front office and the maintenance team take care of things right away. I love living here! My only negative is the valet trash I wish we could opt out of it because the cost is to much for someone who lives alone. I usually just take my own trash to the garbage because I work crazy hours and I'm never home to put it out on time.

I have lived all over the US. Stayed in over 85 cities in my lifetime. This is by far one of the best places I've lived besides my own home. Sure it's an apartment and they have limitations on some lifestyle options however, the staff here responds to issues quickly. They fix things that are broken or replace the appliances etc. Are friendly when you have concerns and overall provide a wonderful living situation for me, my new wife, newborn, puppy and older dog. Highly recommend.

Monterra is a great place to live. Peaceful quiet community. I came back here to live after being gone a couple years previous. Debbie remembered me and was very welcoming and helpful with getting me back into an apartment sooner than scheduled for, which was greatly appreciated. Great location, very close to highway and shopping centers. Thank you.

My fiancée and I have lived here for 2 years, we’ve always had great experiences with the management and maintenance team. Any problem we have ever had was taken care of within 24 hours. The staff at the office are always so friendly and welcoming. They have a pool, gym, and even grills at the pool. A very quite neighborhood, great location, and lots of good views. Would 100% recommend living here. P.S Debbie is the best.

I absolutely love living here! It is located in a convenient area, not more than 1.5 miles from 41 and less than 3 miles from I-75. Great maintenance of the property. Very spacious 2 bedrooms! It has a HUGE pantry off of the kitchen, which is absolutely beneficial. It has a large screened in patio, in which I have the preserve view that I love. The appliances could absolutely be updated. Management is all very friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance staff are also super friendly and efficient. The two downfalls in my opinion is the monthly pet rent (per pet) and the limited parking (after 6

My family and I loved living here! the area is amazing, the apartment was gorgeous, the front office staff was always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team was the best we've ever experienced. specifically I want to say Nelson is truly one of a kind. he was always so fast to fix anything we needed fixed and he turned into more of a friend over the year we lived there, I'm gonna miss him! 5 stars all around!!

I am starting my third year of living at Monterra. I just love the lifestyle here. The fully grown preserve keep it quiet and tropical as you walk around the community. The apartments are large and spacious with great storage inside of them. On most week days the pool is empty so it's like having your own pool in your backyard. The maintenance staff is awesome! When you create a work order they are right on it. The management team is great and totally works with you when any issues arise. Everyone is doing their best during the tough times of covid-19.
