Services
What is the Security Deposit? The security deposit is $350 with approved credit and can be up to 1 month's rent, depending on the credit screening. Is the Community Pet Friendly? Yes, we allow 2 pets per apartment home and require vaccination records and a picture of the pet. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet plus $20 monthly pet rent for each pet.

50% of the staff is… awesome…the good even admit the manager must go! Arrogant, Narcissistic, Fake and extremely huge liar! The Manger has no people skills! Lies, plays games and treats residents like employees!
As a veteran…I rather be back in COMBAT! Have a recorded video with assit manger agreeing with me and stating the manager makes up drama to take control!

I would like to give high praise to Steve Vrabel for helping me recently with my paperwork as I was attempting to rent a new apartment. He was very responsive, attentive and friendly. Addison Apartments are beautiful. They are kept extremely clean, and lawn maintenance is terrific. Love everything about the inside of the apartment. Johanna and Steve are very kind, very helpful when you call and have a question, and they always have a smile on their face. They always greet you with such kindness. Thank you Addison Apartments and especially Johanna and Steve.

This is to confirm that the staff at Addison Place, Brian, Natalie, Steve, and Johanna display an effervescent attitude and that genuine feeling of wanting to help you comes through. It keeps you very comfortable. When explaining your needs, you always have the feeling that they cannot do enough for you. If you couple that with a good sense of humor it begets a pleasant experience. This results in the feeling that you would love to repeat the event because of the attitude and the way they treat you. You can always anticipate and feeling of satisfaction from them. The only salutation you can use

If you enjoy PAPER THIN WALLS AND HAVING TO WAKE UP AT 6:00 AM DUE TO YOUR NEIGHBORS YELLING AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! For a cool $1.700 a month you get no sleep every other day....and have the pleasure to be told to leave if you don’t like noise. I have lived in many apartments before and this place is NOT worth the money at all.
