Hello everyone! I wanted to share this review because I have thoroughly and immensely enjoyed living in Estero Woods Village for the past 4 and a half years. It is a very quiet neighborhood and my neighbors have always been great! When the washing machines or dryers ate my quarters, the office staff kindly returned my quarters to me in a timely manner. When my AC wasn’t working, the maintenance men came over to fix the problem immediately. When I’ve called and left messages or sent emails, I received responses in a timely manner. Management will not even respond to our phone calls. Our apartment was entered multiple times without notice of any kind at anytime during the incidents in question, the front door was left unlocked by apartments staff, the back door and windows were left wide open, and because of this, some value items from our apartment have went missing/been stolen. This is unacceptable and action will be taken. There is so much more to mention, but unfortunately not enough space here to discuss everything. I have been staying here for more than a year. Estero Woods village and Fountain Lakes overall is a GREAT community with great security. Very nice management and people around. They maintain very well. I recommended this community to all my Indian friends and more than 5 apartments are filled with my reference!!! (Of course, no referral bonus).

The Estero Woods Village Management Team is amazing! After having a category 4 hurricane hit they have me moved back into my apartment in less than two weeks, having replaced the carpet and repainted the walls to make my apartment as if it were brand new!
I have lived in Estero Woods Village for over eight years now. The community and the neighborhood surrounding this area in Estero is beautiful. I love playing golf and riding my bike around the neighborhood on a regular basis with so many beautiful Florida vistas to see.
I highly recommend moving into a Estero Woods Village if you're looking

I just moved in September of this year and simply love it here. I am over 55, retired and enjoy the many activities Estero Woods provides the residents. I play Bingo every Thursday, belong to the card club in the Library and get together with other residents and lounge by the pool. I also enjoy the billiard room, golf course and shuffleboard court. The apartments are very well maintained, maintenance is prompt and the office staff is a delight to interact with. I like the fact that everyone in this community is nice, quiet and respectful. The landscaping is beautiful and I find myself walking more
