LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE
The walls are so thin you'll be woken up by the garbage truck / USPS center outside every night.
Things break constantly, not well built. It's been 12 days and the towel rack, closet door, and lights broke.
Website lies: lists sauna and steam room etc but none of which are here.
Website phone number does not go to building.
Nobody answers the phone at the front desk.
Patio doors lock and have no way to unlock if you're outside and close the door.
No one will answer your phone to let you in.
Only positive experience so far are the valet workers.

This is the worst building in Glendale. Don't even think about renting the unit, unless you are looking for a miserable and sleepless life.
This is the WORST managed building I have stopped foot in.
Management does not give a sh*t about their tenants.
Security is hardly available. When you wedneed them, they're playing video games or watching YouTube in front of the building with no care. They don't even know what's going on inside the building!!
Horrible noisy building, people are insmoking weed and cigars everywhere on the rooftop in

I've been watching the progress of this building since I have been a tenant of HPC before. I initially toured about 2 months ago and the place was not fully finished. The place looked cool and the rooftop views were the best in Glendale. I came back about a month ago and the place was looking so much better.
