I tried renting a loft here for over a month now. First of all, I found their AVAILABLE units on apartments.com and emailed them to go view one of the lofts. I was scheduled for 7pm, arrived after work, tired, but still made it since I was really interested in renting this place. The manager takes me upstairs to a studio apartment and when I mention that I'm here for a different unit, she said that it's not available and will only become available on October 8th.Why does the website say that they have quite a few of those lofts available, I don't know, and I guess, they don't know either, but anyway

Been living in this building for over three years now, and love this community. It's not perfect, but it's certainly a great choice if you're looking for a lovely, quiet, and safe apartment you can call home.
The good (and not-so-good):
~ Area is safe and super close to shops and restaurants.
~ Americana and Glendale Galleria are within walking distance.
~ A movie theater (Laemmle) and a restaurant (Panda Inn) are on the ground floor.
~ Community spaces are always clean. Someone cleans it regularly during the week.
~ Occasionally, the elevator or garage gate would be out of

Loved living here, still would be if we hadn't have bought a house out of town. Super convenient. Grocery, mall, gym, movie theater are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Managment is cool, Alex is awesome. The place is clean, there's secure sub terrain parking, gym is nice, and the place is overall quiet. Plus, you get good discounts at the Laemmle and Panda Inn on the first floor. Apartments are nice, ours had super high celling, washer/dryer in our unit (they all do), and nice appliances. Pretty much a 10/10.

It takes more than 1 visit to get any of the maintenance to be resolved. We had at least 2 visits per issue and there were a total of 3 big issues.
- master bedroom bathroom room cigarette smell
- dishwasher not working properly
- odor coming from the washer
We've been here for only a bit over 6 months and it's been a bit frustrating with all the issues that we had to deal with as a new tenant.
The replies are really fast and great, but we can feel the action/service isn't done with any care..

Been living here for about 6 months , location is amazing, walking distance to the mall and a lot
Of food places. A movie theatre and a restaurant on the 1st floor of the complex. Very safe and secure. Alex the community manager is super great always resolves any issues we have and responds to txts and emails right away. Community gets cleaned everyday.

I stayed here for almost two years and would do it all over again. I feel like the pricing was competitive for the location-- and the location is incredible: 5 minute walk to the Americana, a cinema right below, restaurants and bars all over, easy access to the 134, 10-15 min drive to Pasadena, Burbank, or DTLA.
The area is very safe, the building is very secured.
The apartments themselves have room for improvement: I don't feel the apartment themselves provide the luxury experience contrary to the "luxury marketing." The appliances are very low-end. The electrical and plumbing

It's been due time since I amended my previous review. I think as in any new building there will be issues that the owners/property managers may not have been aware of and this building was no exception. Having said that, Alex and her staff have been great to address everything. We enjoy living here thanks to them. :)

I had the chance to tour the new L Loft by the lovely Alex last week. To say I was impressed is an understatement! The construction of the new apartments was beautifully done and the room had such spacious closet space: ) just want a lady needs! The courtyard was a nice addition to see as well since this is something I don't have in my current spot. Pricing is competitive for this area and it is something I will definitely consider when my lease is up this fall!

I just toured here am exicited to move in next month. The units are brand new and I couldn't ask for a better location. I'm an environmentalist, so I enjoy the fact that I can walk or bike to restaurants, movies, and groceries. Im moving into a studio. It has a washer and dryer and all the bells and whistles of a new building. The staff were super sweet and helpful. I was torn between a couple of places and they were super understanding and patient as I made my choice. I can't wait to move in!

This new property is in a great location and aesthetically appealing. It is a good size unit with nice features. I love the unique gym giving you an opportunity to get all kinds of workouts in especially with the punching bag. Also, the property team is fantastic and very professional. They have made the whole process such a breeze, from viewing the units to answering all my questions in a timely manner. I can't wait to move in!
