I have lived in this place for 3 year so far under 2 different managements.
While I am glad we picked a nice spacious apartment in this complex but besides that there's literally no benefits and no reason into how ridiculously new management has raised their prices with no additional benefits.
Packages get stolen. No lockers. No security. No concierge
We have to go pick up whatever we order in person from stores because theft has been more than ever now in this building.
Not only do packages get stolen. They sometimes get opened so whoever steals them have enough time to actually open

Andrew Saenz is absolutely amazing. He was courteous, professional and I absolutely love the place. Most places I went to see the pictures look better than the actual apartment. Here, the pictures don't do the apartment justice. I am SO HAPPY with the place, the service, and the neighborhood is beautiful. I had been worried about finding a nice place close to my job but, Andrew made it a such an easy experience. Now I can relax.

My husband and I did a tour today and I feel compelled to write this review because Andrew Saenz is an absolute star!!! He is so friendly and professional we immediately felt comfortable with him (unlike so many apartment managers we have met). The apartments are lovely and the application process is quick and easy. We cannot wait to move in. Thanks again Andrew
