Our team is made up of the true scribes of the Handwritten narrative; each brings a rich and unmistakable character to our human terroir. Led by Rob Lloyd, these are the artisans who craft our story and give it life everyday: Assistant Winemaker Bernardo Munoz-Alvarez and Cellar Crew Zack Scott and Victor Barboza.
Our in-home experiences are exclusive and specially curated to bring Handwritten Wines to our members' homes. Throughout the year, our Personal Wine Experience team travels throughout the country bringing our wine and educators to our members for intimate gatherings over wine, food and conversation.

Our curator was V. My wife and I came here by suggestion of Dustin from Platypus tours because we are staying down the street at the Lavender Inn.

We signed up in August 2021. Unfortunately, our allocation wasn’t available until October. We returned with a few friends the following month to experience wine tasting with cheese and bread. After we purchased a bottle of dessert wine. We asked about our 6 bottles allocation. But, it wasn’t available until October.
I called in today 12/10/21 and spoke with AMY to schedule a reservation and I asked about when should I pick up our allocation and she said” You already picked it up” I had to ask if they can research it further and you can tell she couldn’t careless or that you weren’t

The tasting room is spectacular. We were promptly seated at a table that was ready for our arrival. Our wine specialist was smart and well versed and made our experience great. We reserved a spot at Handwritten just to fill time on our last day in Napa and we so wished we would have discovered this beautiful winery earlier in our trip. What a delight! We are now members and excited to get our first shipment!

Out of this world. You will feel like a royal coming to this place. I came on my birthday to do the wine tasting with bread and butter. I loved it. Reminded me of my time in France. What a dream. We left as New Members! The wines were sooo smooth; we fell in love. Our favorite was the Oak Knoll Cabernet. What a blessing to be able to enjoy this! Totally recommended!

Amazing wine tasting experience. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. As soon as we showed up he was nothing but awesome. From the knowledge he shared to his personal experiences, it really made the tasting experience memorable. The wines at Handwritten are among the best I’ve tasted in the valley as a visitor and the venue is beautiful and intimate. We were able to enjoy our time here without any rush or feeling of having to get in and get out. Highly recommend. PS, the 2011 Pinot Noir is amazing. Enjoy!
