Great selection of wines, including sparkling, white, red & dessert. Beautiful scenery with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They gave great recommendations for neighboring wineries. Would definitely recommend a reservation. Tasting includes 4 wines daily, but sometimes they'll add a few in depending on how busy & what's open. They weren't too busy during the week but they were saying the weekends are crazy.

We loved Girard! We had a reservation for 10/1/21. From the moment we arrived (with an extra person), we were welcomed and treated with kind hospitality during the whole visit. Kendall G. was our server and she was excellent. We had a seated tasting on their covered patio, and liked ALL the wines a lot, including the whites, which is not normal for me. I usually only drink reds. We also really enjoyed the cheese plate. Before we left, Kendall offered us a “final final,” which we thought was so perfect because that’s what we do at the end of tailgates here at home. Ha ha! Girard wines are

My mom has been a loyal customer of Girard for years. we visited the tasting room in Calistoga and ordered a case of wine. we were instructed to pay for expedited shipping because of the heat and the fact that I live in Texas. now it is a week later and I’ve made multiple attempts of contacting them with no answer. i’ve left the messages I’ve tried to message them via Google, and have received no answers. But of course my credit card was charged. The customer service at the winery was wonderful but the fact that it’s taking more than a week for my wine to show up and I paid for expedited

From the moment you drive in to Girard's estate you're in awe. Upon checking in we encountered Gabrielle who immediately made my friend and I feel welcome. I absolutely love their porch/veranda seating setup. Pair that with great tasting wines, awesome views, and amazing service from Gabrielle. It goes without saying I'll be returning here soon.

Wow wow wow! What a fantastic atmosphere, staff and of course wine. Our recent visit to Girard was better then a 10/10. We tasted the current estate collection with a great mix of red and whites. Our favorites bring the Chardonnay, Viogner, Cab and old vine valdiguie. Enoch, our sommelier, was attentive, helpful, and charming. His outfit was also killer. He never lead us astray with the many questions we had about the collection. The wines all held their own with pallets full of flavor and unique bodies. One of the best tasting room experiences I've had in Calistoga! Went with a group of 4 on Valentine's weekend and had a wonderful time.
The hospitality is unparalleled - if you get the pleasure of meeting Enoch, he's one of the most knowledgable and fun hosts in wine country. The wines are all delicious, and by Napa standards reasonably priced too.
Highly recommend a trip here! I'm actually excited to run out of the bottles I bought so I can make a trip back.

We alway receive amazing service when we visit. Enoch always goes above and beyond to make us feel like we are part the the Girard family. I don't see a trip to the area happening without making a stop to taste the newest wines. Sitting one the patio feels like sitting on your front porch with a beautiful vineyard surrounding you
