The gel system contains far less chemicals than its acrylic counterpart and leaves your nails with a more natural look and feel. In addition to the natural feel the gel nails will not damage your nail bed when they are broken off. They also meet the needs of those who are allergic to acrylic, primer or liquid.

I went in for a dip fill.. I don't think they are experienced with dip. I asked her to fix two that looked really bad before I left and it made them worse. They basically sand the old set and pile on dip... zoom in the pictures. She didn't hAve me wash my hands, no cuticle cleaning, no oil, no lotion. The set looks lumpy and then really thin in some areas. It basically looks like I have play-do nails.

I was really disappointed at the nail tech Michael. I showed him a sample of what I wanted my nails to look like, and it's like he was not paying attention. He cut my nails way too short, and when I tried to tell him that was not the shape I wanted. He started to speak to the other nail tech about me in another language. Then he tells me next time I should show him a picture of what I wanted. How rude is that?? I showed him what I wanted in the beginning. Then he made phone calls while doing my nails. Was not attentive to my needs at all. I will not being using their services ever again. I

My mother knows the owner and as much as I want to leave a great review, unfortunately I cannot. I went in to get my nails done and I asked for simple acrylics. The first nail tech didn't even know HOW to do acrylics so I was ushered off to another nail tech who was talking about with with a different nail tech for about 5 minutes before the other guy came up to me and said that my nail tech had someone coming in in 45 minutes (I had made an appointment) and that he wouldn't be able to do the acrylics and asked if I would like to do gel instead. I mean hello? why would I ask for acrylics

Michael did an absolute perfect job on my gel dip manicure. I tipped him $20 for a $35 service and worth it. Don't expect chat but do expect perfection. Thank you Michael, I will make the trip from Santa Barbara to have you do my nails, whilst visiting family. Thank you Michael... you are a master:)

I called him to tell him that I wanted a refund, at least half but he said I was playing games. And when I told him that one of my nails felt like it was lifting and that the acrylic wasn't formed well and it looked very bubbly. He said he was the best in town and that I'm paying for a service. He charged me $55. Which I don't mind paying but a full set is $30 and $20 for gel so I don't understand where the extra 5 came from.

I've been going here for awhile and they are usually ok. Sometimes I have to ask them to fix or clean things up, but today was a bad one. I asked the lady to fix my pedicure because it was bubbling. She put another coat on. When I got to the front by the sun I could see that the polish looked chunky and uneven. Michael asked me to sit back down and they would redo them. Another man came by and said he didn't see anything wrong with them. And seemed very irritated. He starting speaking Vietnamese to Michael, the owner. They went back and forth for a bit before I decided to just leave.

Sign says walk-ins welcome. So I walked in. Only one person there that looks about done and two people working on her. He gets his appointment book and says, "can you come back at 12?"
Just like that you lost my business.
I was gonna give this place a shot despite the current rating because it's close to home but now I see the bad reviews are accurate.
If they were strictly appointment based then I would've made an appointment and if they were insanely busy and told me to come back then I would've considered it, but that was not the case.

This is the most amazing nail salon I have ever been to. Been going here for the past 2 years. They have beautiful furniture, flat screen TVs, soothing music & amazing customer service from Michael, Quinn, Missy & Kim! Don't worry about picking who to do your nails because they all do an amazing job and really take their time to make sure each nail is the same shape, size & that everything looks perfect! Call in to make an appointment ahead of time because they do get pretty busy! Love it so much here!!

In the front door they have a cartel and say
"Walk-Ins welcome" and that's a lie. You need to make an appointment one day before if you don't have it, they do not give you service.

I have gone to this nail salon 2xs
The first time I got a gel polish change and my daughter had a pedicure
After ONE Week both of our polishes had chipped off
I gave them a second try with another gel polish change and again the same result, after ONE Week my polish is chipping off
I will not be returning to castaic nails
