I have been active in sports all of my life. I played all types of sports in my younger years but as I grew older I found my true love with baseball. I was able to play at the highest levels in baseball at Bainbridge Island High School where we played for the State Championship at Safeco field. I also played for Santa Barbara CC where we set team winning records and reaching California regionals.
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. It is regarding as perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. HIIT is highly adaptable for varying fitness levels and goals, which partly explains its popularity among everybody from elite athletes to the average person looking to improve their overall health and fitness.

Brand new to this area, I happened to see the sign off State Hwy 305 so I stopped in and am I glad I did! I hadn’t done a thing for almost a year bc of Covid, travel across country to new work base and death in family. When I called Julie, one of the owners, she took the time to make me feel welcome and I especially liked their view of inclusivity! It is hard , no doubt, but now two months in, the best decision I’ve made this Spring and my overall health, flexibility, balance and sleep and much more has greatly improved!

I walked through the doors of APF 8-7 years ago. I was a runner and played competitive sports growing up but after becoming a mom I found myself overweight and wanted to get myself back in shape. I did numerous fad diets, P90X, Insanity, kickboxing classes, running on treadmills, and not really getting any results. With three month I looked in the mirror and saw tone and definitions and wanted to see what another three months would look like so I continued. Also, within that three months I found mentors through my coaches and started bonding with and forming everlasting friendships with other athletes

I wouldn’t trade Agate Pass Fitness gym even if I have one closer to home. It’s worth driving every morning . Our Coaches are enthusiastic, engaging , well prepared and more importantly makes u feel like a family. We have a diverse group, and athletes are nice to one another like a friendly community. Highly recommended👍

Love Agate Pass CrossFit!! Colby, Mike and Julie run a wonderful, safe gym. They have created a community among all of the members and it feels like family. I have seen Colby interact with his dog Ginger and he would never do anything to hurt her or any animal! Check it out! If you are into fitness, you won’t be disappointed.

I take Aerial Yoga classes at Agate Pass Fitness. The gym is always clean and everyone is so friendly. They take covid procedures seriously, with temp monitoring, distancing, sanitizing and open bay doors. If you're looking for some good stretching, balance, grip strength, etc. Check out their aerial yoga program by Shannon Gill!
