Wish I could give 0 stars. How does anyone ever get in touch with this lady?? I have had a bad experience with her already in the past. Two years ago she screamed at me over the phone and was extremely ugly. I swore I would never rent from her again, but I tried reaching out to her last year because it’s so cheap to stay, no response so we stayed at Palmetto instead. This year, I figured I would give it another shot ONLY because it’s affordable, so my husband reached out by email multiple times. Never got a response back as far as availability goes. That was about a month ago. I have been trying

Awesome place to stay! Quiet and close to the beach just what we needed. The condo was comfy and clean and we'll stocked with everything we needed I can't wait to go back and stay again highly recommend Merrimac Rentals to anyone looking for a place to stay in Panama city beach just a short drive to st Andrews state park too!

I just got off the phone with cindy, which runs merri-mac in Panama city beach fl. This woman I have known for around 18 years & has never said one ugle commit to me nor my family & friends ever. I thought she was going to have a heart attack before trying to talk her down! Being I live in Georgia it was hard to be there for someone that I have seen go so far out of their way to make someone enjoy their vacation by phone but I tried my best. Ive seen her give up her own ownhome for people to stay & enjoy their vacation.peoplewho only know 1 side of the story should never commit on things they know

This was our first stay with Merrimac and it was great!!! Treasure Island is right on the beach with easy access, and the room comes with 2 reserved loungers on the beach!!! Our AC froze up the first 2 days but Cindy brought us 3 portable air conditioners until maintenance could get it repaired. Not a big deal at all! Very affordable prices. We love Merrimac and I would stay here again!!! Thanks, Cindy!!!

Called to check on a monthly rental today and before I could even get a word in I received a scolding lecture on the events and condition of Panama city. I was calling to book a rental for a crew of 6 people that have sacrificed their homelife in Navarre to help people in Panama City with repair and clean up ever since hurricane Michael hit in… October. Cindy was extremely rude. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Cindy needs to keep her website availability updated and maybe she wouldn’t get calls that irritate her.

If I had the choice of not giving a star at all I would't have. The women of my family have taken multiple trips to the Bel Air condo where I believe we have stayed a total of 4 years in a row. This year we tried to go back and unfortunately the condo is managed by Merrimac rentals instead of Southern Vacation Rentals like it used to be. You call Merrmiac rentals and noone ever answers, literally you ALWAYS leave a message, it appears this rental company has one employee being Cindy. These messages are never returned. I lived here for 5 months and loved it. Entirely different experience from staying in a crowded high rise condo. Much quiter, less crowded, family friendly ( no spring breakers ie college kids, if you come with family its fine) and just steps away from a great public beach access. The manager Cyndy was always a pleasure to deal with.

My husband sent an email yesterday regarding availibility and never heard back so I called today and was accidentally calling the toll free number so I got the actual number off the website. If I could give zero stars I would! We have stayed in PCB for years. This year we booked a unit at Windsong. Paid $1000.00 in November 2017 with a remaining balance of $480.00 due at check-in. (June 30, 2018) I called Cindy Marlin on Wednesday prior to check-in and received an ear full about her personal problems(wedding party that made her made,… not paying her insurance on time and worried units wouldn’t have insurance, etc.) among other things. She informed me that the price increased due to a $10 nightly increase from the board ($834.50 due) AND we were no longer at Windsong Condominiums
