Stayed in unit 1001, paid over $3k for the week. The unit itself was not well maintained. the wallpaper in the master bedroom was falling off, the carpet in the unit was very dirty, there was mold in the glass of one of the bathrooms, there were severe cracks in the ceilings and in the walls along with visible water damage, and we didn't have many utensils in the kitchen. Even the lights on the balcony didn't work! We Definitely will not stay here again!! The room had a nice ocean view, and the beds were comfortable. The grounds of the complex was well maintained. Except for the elevators and BBQ

Coming right after the corona outbreak after a year, finally for a vacation, this place was the only option for a 4+ bedroom available in PCB. The condo was decorated very pretty and updated. There was no wait for parking or elevators. Pool and beach access was nice, but the “nice” faded very quickly. First, the showers were molded and body hair was left from previous visitors. The floor was so filthy your feet were left black after walking around the rooms. From just sweeping the kitchen floor piles of hair was swept up. The beds mattresses were so old they were stiff with

We loved our condo! We stayed in #1104 for my 30th birthday. We booked off their website. I didn't get any information about the rules and regulations so I contacted them via telephone. Very friendly. Even got 2 reserved beach chairs with our condo which saved us from having to carry more stuff. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Thank you!

As an experienced beach vacationer we found the offered units to be larger with higher ceilings than older beach condos yet more private than the huge high rises recently built. Convenient ample parking, and a safe environment with no resort or reservation fees added to the bill. Friendly staff with 2 beautiful pools and one heated during cooler weather
