Will not be returning to cornerstone. So dissatisfied, I dropped off my vehicle to have it serviced because it wouldn’t start. They ran a diagnostic on it for well over a few days….. It had been days with no one even checking in to let us know it was being looked at. Every single time over the duration of the 2 weeks my car was there, I had to call to get an update on the vehicle. It was during the week of Christmas, it’s the simple fact no one reached out. I would’ve been completely understanding if they just called to let us know they were busy. Instead it just kept getting put off. Then

The customer experience is the focus at Cornerstone Mitsubishi, as it should be. The entire staff could not be more courteous.
Through the years they have earned my trust. When they tell me it is time for a specific service, it is not for their bottom line...but my safety.
As a long time customer, let's just say that they take care of me.

Jane is WONDERFUL!!! She was extremely informative. Being a young female, it's typical that people in this industry try and rip me off. Not at this Mitsubishi dealership. I couldn't speak more highly about this place. If my family didn't live on Long Island, I would recommend this place to them as well!!

I called multiple Mitsubishi dealerships about getting work done on my car and they all told me they couldn't see me for at least a week. Your dealership took me the next day, provided a temporary vehicle (which I was not expecting), and car was fixed early the next day. You were so thoughtful and I could not have asked for a better experience. Even though you are not the closest dealership to me, I totally will be going back!
