The dealership like others had a turnover in the sales department. At the time I purchased my second Prius V (2014) they were excellent, extremely honest and truthful.
Their service department was great as well. Bruce, who was really the one in charge was always truly amazing, helpful and knew his stuff. In fact, everyone in that department was extremely nice and helpful. People also knew the regular

Great service department. Chose to wait while they performed scheduled maintenance and they finished in just over an hour. I would make sure to make an appointment over the phone, since the online scheduling doesn’t let you schedule within a week, and the service coordinators know better how to fit you into their schedules.
I I didn’t pay for anything I didn’t need. They suggested I wait on an oil change until my next service because I use high-mileage synthetic. I really appreciate that.

I just bought brand new RAV4 2 weeks ago . I liked people there I met but . So I washed my car first time today and I found this . I think someone who Installed roof rack crossbar in my car made paint chip and tried to hide with Touch up paint … because it’s right under the front crossbar . Do you think I was just unlucky ?

One of the service personnel called me and told me they have to cancel my appointment because I requested a loaner car and they don’t give out loaners cars, which is totally understandable, but their website stated that they do, in fact, give them out while scheduling my appointment. They also said I can’t wait there while they work on my car due to them being fully booked. I was respectful the entire time but the lady was rude, disrespectful, and had an attitude.

Dropped off a 1999 toyota 4 runner for a seatbelt problem and an oil change at 7:30 am. Had not heard from anyone by 3pm so I called and was sent to the service department voicecemail (employee) TWICE. Called again at 3:30 and spoke to someone that could not give me a status but would call back in a 1/2 hour. Received a call that due to the age of the vehicle only a different color belt was available and the replacement cost would be north of $500.
I asked for them to put the vehicle back the way it was and when the truck would be ready and they could not give me a time. Received a txt at 4:52pm

I just purchased a used Chevy suburban from this dealership this morning. I’ve bought multiple used cars in my life and I’ve never had a better experience than here! The whole staff was helpful and friendly. Hillman was great to work with (and Nick too). Very straightforward and laid back, no pressure and super helpful despite what appeared to be a busy day in there today after the holiday weekend. Thank you for your help Hillman! Excellent customer service from the maintenance department. The service advisor, Mike Powers, was able to get my Tacoma in for a same day appointment, got it out of the shop in 1:30 instead of the 2-3 hours he initially thought it would take, and was able to implement a Toyota Service Bulletin, and my annual inspection sticker in addition to the maintenance that my visit was originally planned for! My best experience at a Toyota dealership yet!

Just bought a "fresh off the truck" Highlander here yesterday (first time Toyota buyers). Very pleased with dealing with these folks. Previously, had attempted to buy a used vehicle at another area dealer, who wouldn't budge on a fair price. Then was misled, obfuscated, lied to, pressured, and misled all in the span of 2 hours at another local dealer (took some hindsight and cool down to disentangle what happened).

This place is junk. Avoid at all cost. I dropped off my car for service, they charged me $125 to tell me my hood won't open and they want $675 to replace the cable. Meanwhile I opened the hood a week ago to check the oil. They basically broke it and told me it snapped. They couldn't even figure out the problem.
I dropped the car off at a local guy brother's auto in Belmont / Lexington line. They fixed the hood issue, ran an new cable, only cost me $50 and fixed the check engine light which was due to a faulty vacuum hose. Needless to say but do not take your car here..

Amazing service! I messed up my side mirror and needed to get the glass replaced. The people here were amazingly helpful!
First I went to parts, I forgot the name of the guy (he was bald/buzzcut) but he walked me through the entire process of getting my side mirror glass replaced. He also checked that I only needed the glass replaced and not the entire side mirror (which would have been super expensive).
Then I talked to Mohammad from service who help me setup and appointment. Not only that, but the cover of my side mirror was off, and he took the time to help fix and put it on! Had I gotten

Wow what a shock, we needed a new used car in a hurry so I stopped by and spent 20 minutes looking at their used inventory and no one said boo to me. I picked two cars and brought the wife back with me, again ignored except the nice guy doing detailing.

I called ahead to see if a car was available and drove over an hour to get there to test drive it. While out on the test drive they told me that they took a deposit on the very same car I was driving. I received an email and a phone call confirmation that the specific car I was test driving was available. I told them I was ready to buy the car and but they said "sorry another customer called in with a deposit"
Clearly their response should have been we will take your deposit only if the customer currently driving the car doesn't want it.

I met a Toyota of Lexington driver a few months back. She spoke of her positive experience here...
You may not find a desirable space to breeze into the showroom which is tucked between service and parts. The building and interior smacks of needing an update or a minimum some welcoming decor.
A pleasurable and easy visit that included a test drive and appraisal of my current vehicle (lease almost up).
Tyrone and Kevin were friendly, kept the process smooth. I was presented with lease offers for higher end and entry models.
As a woman entering a dealership alone there is still that lingering
