Fraser Lemley, founder and CEO of the Sentry Auto Group, started in the car business at the age of 17 at a dealership in northern New Jersey. His first job was to stock parts into inventory and to drive a truck delivering parts to wholesale accounts. Over the course of his 10 years in various positions in that parts department, he helped create the largest wholesale parts operation in the New York metro area.

After 10 years, he wanted to expand his career by going into sales. The dealership's owners told Fraser that he was doing too good a job in the parts department for them to let him go into sales. To get them to give him an opportunity, he had to threaten to quit before they agreed. But they told him very clearly that in sales he would have to succeed on his own, and that his tenure with the company would not give him any extra leeway for failure.

I have a Mach e that required a software update. I was very happy with the Sentry Ford Service department on the following areas.
Scheduling , Greeting me, explaining time of service and the completing the service. They are a credit to Ford Motor Company who want to excell in the EV world.

I called over to Sentey ford and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brendan, he was so caring polite and did everything he could to fit me in the the hectic schedule so I could come in the next day for a new car key. It so happens. To snow on that Friday wasn't able to go but a week later the same kind pwra5on got on the phone and again worked his magic so I could come in that morning. When I arrived he was again there to kindly greet me, take my car in get the key programmed. It was done quick, definitely can't wait for my next service date everything went great.

They don’t fix the problems you ask them to fix,
All they care about it the recalls!
I made a appointment for door issues for moisture, brought it in and they fix the recalls then told me they didn’t have time for a moisture test they scheduled me for! Long story short the had my truck for 3 weeks to tell me it’s all in my head. MY DOORS STILL WILL NOT WORK! Thanks for nothing I guess I’ll sell my headache to someone els

Unfortunately, I can’t give a lower than 1 star. Not sure where to start, but definitely closing my 2021 with a real bang. I was in for an 8 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection sticker. After waiting for 7 hours: 1. I didn’t get the inspection sticker because the machine was broken since before I booked the appointment. 2. Didn’t get the tire rotation because the van was too high. I purchased the van from them and I’ve done tire rotations there in the past with no problem. 3. the technician did not top fill any of the other fluids and instead left the motor

Mark and the team were fantastic helping me purchase my dream vehicle, 2021 Bronco. Mark kept me well informed during the process through production delays and incomplete info from the factory. The experience could have easily deteriorated but I felt like I had a real partner in “the inside” working for just me.
Oh, and no random “market adjustment” pricing that I’ve seen some dealers put on the Bronco.
I would recommend and will return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well, the store customer service is great, but the way/process that FORD is dealing with the service is leaving a lot to be desired. At least that’s what I was told. The appointments online doesn’t help much, you wait no matter how long to only go to the store and start all the waiting process again 🤷🏻‍♂️ Plus instead of solving the issue,… even though I have “Premium Care”, which I feel there’s nothing “Premium” about it, they are not going straight to the point, instead

I made an appointment for service over two weeks ago for a drop off this Monday. No phone call on Tuesday with diagnosis. When I inquired, I was told by service dept that they were at least a week behind. As of Friday they have not even looked at the car nor could they provide a reasonable time frame in which service would begin.Why was I not… notified prior to dropping the car off that the appointment would not be honored. My mother has been a loyal customer for decades however I would never bring her car back as this situation is more than ridiculous. Picked the car up today after her
