My husband and I have been training with Rich for many years now. We go once a week for full body work out, cross training, weights etc. Our exercises vary periodically and really help with our overall fitness. My husband is a runner, and with Rich coaching he has had less injuries and has increased his flexibility.
Our unique approach to Fitness Training gives you the perfect blend of individualized workouts and group accountability. At Accelerated Fitness, our small group training program offers the same customized approach as personal training, where you'll get tailored workouts and individualized coaching, but with the extra motivation and support that comes from training in a social environment.

I was very hesitant to try working out again with a personal trainer but all my concerns went away when I discovered Accelerated Fitness and started a fitness program with Alex. Alex and Rich provide top-notch individualized fitness programs, plenty of encouragement, and a comfortable well-designed workout space. I am really happy with the progress I have made so far!

Accelerated fitness is a great place to workout! Rich caters his workouts to each of his clients and is able to challenge clients of all levels. The gym is is a great space, always clean and has all the equipment you need. Rich is community oriented and is always hosting boot camps to raise money for different charities.

Rich's personalized training program has helped me eliminated chronic hip pain and now I am able to run and play golf with ease! He continually adjusts my weekly workout sessions to address issues he sees. It's never boring and its always just enough to push me in the right direction!

I have been working out at Accelerated Fitness with Rich for 8 years, maybe longer. The time has flown by and I have loved every minute of it. I am over 60, strong, healthy and physically and mentally fit. Rich has been there for me through cancer treatment, shoulder reconstruction surgery and the various aches and pains of a life actively lived. He has always tailored my workouts to my personal fitness goals and physical capacity. He challenges me while keeping me from injuring myself or wasting my time on useless pieces of gym equipment. 7 years & counting, I depend on Accelerated Fitness. I'm scheduled, so I go. My workout combines aerobic, weights, balance, strength, flexibility. When I have a sore spot, I learn how to mend it. When I need more push, I get it. You can't go wrong spending time at Accelerated Fitness.

Just turned 60 and feel great! Accelerated Fitness is a special studio. What stands out is Rich's detailed and professional approach to making sure workouts are aimed at my condition level and goals. I have been working with Rich at Accelerated Fitness for just over a year. Before meeting Rich I had tried other gyms and nothing seemed to stick. I am the mother of three young children and I didn't have much time and was feeling intimidated at some of the gyms I went to. I have been going to Accelerated Fitness since it opened and I love it. Rich (the owner) is a phenomenal trainer. He helps me motivated by setting realistic, measurable goals. Rich is very knowledgeable and he watches to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that you understand what you are doing and why. I have worked with a lot of trainers over the years and Rich is definitely the best one. The gym itself is awesome. He has everything you can imagine for equipment to keep workouts original. Rich does a great of coming up with unique exercises so you don't get bored with the same old routine. He goes beyond just the training and will offer nutritional tips as well. When you work out here it is obvious Rich cares about his clients and wants to see them improve their overall health. If you are looking for a private gym setting this is definitely the place to go.
