Attitudes Dance offers a wide variety of kids dance classes for all ages and abilities, from toddlers' creative movement classes to high school advanced classes. Age of the student is used as a guide for placement, however, students may be moved up based on their ability. Our instructors teach through positivity and support.
Our adult classes are designed for all abilities! We have everything from no impact cardio to toning to our high impact Zumba party. All adult classes are available in studio* or online and we have easy "no commitment" options like drop-in classes, and punch cards with long expiration periods. Class cards are good for ANY class we have, so pick and choose which ones you want to attend.

This 45-minute creative movement class allows children to explore their imaginations through the experience of music and movement. Props and activities will be used to create a whole new learning environment. Skills including marching, counting music, and very basic ballet steps will help our tiniest dancers with communication, memory development, and social interaction.
Please note: "street" shoes (shoes that have been worn outside) are not permitted in the dance studios at any time. You must email to attend class in person. Dress shoes or comfortable supportive shoes that have not been worn outside are acceptable for Ballroom classes. Join us for a beautiful fusion of these two genres with our intermediate Pilates Mat class bookended by some gentle yoga.
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25/dancer or $50/family is due upon registration/enrollment. Registration fees help defray the cost of studio administration, management, instruction, and insurance. A performance fee of $25 per dancer will be assessed to help defray the cost of venue rental & insurance.
Not ready to commit to a full year of dance? Need to brush up on your technique? Then our shorter all-inclusive six week sessions are for you! Choose from four starting dates and enjoy the same classes as in our main dance program. There are no additional fees, costumes, or performances associated with these classes.

Attitudes Dance and Fitness is a wonderful place for kids to start and continue their dance journey. There are classes for all levels and the teachers are supportive and encouraging in helping the kids develop and grow their dance skills. My daughter joined Attitudes Dance and Fitness when we first moved to MA and that is where she first found her community and new friends. I have seen her grow in confidence through dance and I am always amazed at how attentive the team is in supporting her journey through dance.

Attitudes Dance and Fitness is a great studio to exercise in, and they have a solid team there to help you no matter your dance/fitness level - it's more than a studio, it's a community full of great people and mutual support from team members and clients alike. My sister takes the kids dance classes and it amazes me every year how much effort they all put into their annual performances. Personally, I take the adult Zumba class with Jess - I have, quite frankly, never been one who was ever really interested or confident enough to dance, but Zumba with Jess has sparked my interest - her classes
