The New Hotel Collection Downtown St Pete (Formerly the Cordova Inn and the Pier Hotel) is located in the heart of Florida's premier downtown waterfront district, within walking distance to many local museums and attractions, and along the same road as the newly redesigned and reopened St. Pete Pier attraction.
We are a unique condominium and hotel property located just moments from the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks and directly on the inland waterway. We share our grounds with a first class outdoor water park, restaurant, and bar which are available year round for your use. Many of our stays include water park passes, so be sure to see if your stay qualifies.
We are a unique Beachfront Condominium property located just steps from the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores, Florida (convenient to both St Petersburg & Clearwater Beaches). We share our grounds with the ocean breezes, crystal waters, and wildlife indigenousness to the Gulf.

Whether you are interested in relaxing on the beach, walking hand in hand with the one you love, deep sea fishing, or just playing in the calm clear gulf waters, we are your best jumping off point for all of it.We are proud of our unique property with only ten condominiums, insuring an easy to navigate resort stay unlike some large impersonal resort properties.
The Historic Central Hotel was built in the late 1800's on the public square in Sevierville, TN. In 1923, the Hotel was destroyed by fire, and was rebuilt in 1938. President Roosevelt often stayed at the hotel in the 1940's and during his trip in 1941, he dedicated the Great Smoky Mountains as a National Park.
Directly on the white sands of Indian Shores, FL - this destination is the quintessential Beach Wedding. Surround yourself with your closest friends and family on white sands. Overlooking the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf Shore beyond, our Sunset Deck is the perfect place to say your vows as the sun sets in the background.

The bed mattress is awful, sofa bed is awful, the bathroom is awful, no hot water for at least 20 minutes of let the water running. Every noise of either side neighbors you can hear.
Elevators are filthy.....and many many more things that are making me pick up and drive 5 hours back home on a December 31st day.

My family is staying at this resort for the Christmas holidays.
While it is a nice place, the room is really bare bones. No blackout curtains in the entire suite, the furniture is outdated low to the ground and there needs to be a nice recliner chair in the Master bedroom and a nice writing table.
There should be handicap rooms for the elderly as all the toilets and chairs and sofa was very low to the ground and for my brother in law and our other seniors it was very hard to get out of the chairs....
Nice pool area and slide etc...

This stay was great the water park was really nice. The accommodations were large and spacious but extremely dirty and kind of disgusting. all our feet and socks were just black from the dirt on the carpets and thankfully we didn't have to use the fold-out bed because it was so gross underneath it.and the mattress yuck but the place served our needs and we're happy. But the housekeeping absolutely non-existent it was girls in that way

Staff is amazing. Room was spacious for our family of 5 and well kept. We used a texting service to ask for extra supplies when we ran out of them. We have been coming to this property for a year now. Our kids love having the water park to spend the days in.

Do not stay here. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and I understand that things are hectic. Check-in is at 4pm and we were not given a room until 5pm due to it being a "full house". Front desk manager who never even looked at me refunded us one night resort fee, which totaled $30 (wow...). Finally got to our room and aside from the clean linens it was absolutely garbage. There are no curtains on the windows, so you get all the street lights and lights from the hotel pouring into your room. Thank god we didn't stay during the summer because our thermostat was broken. Don’t make the same mistake! Read the reviews before going here. If you check in late there will not be any people that work for this hotel, instead they tell you to go next door to Holiday Inn if you have any problems. Holiday Inn employees must not like this arrangement because they are definitely not thrilled to help and will let you know repeatedly that they can’t do anything because it is not part of their hotel. Our main problem was we couldn’t even get into our room due to their keys they left in a drop box for us not working. We were told to call the hotel next doors security to let

This was our 1st trip to Florida and we were not impressed. The room was not very clean. There was food stuck under the cabinets, what looked to be mail polish stains all over the bathroom,, and it had mold on the walls in bathroom. We were a party of 6 and there was 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the room. There was no extra sheets for us to use and the comforters were not clean. The cookware was not very clean and the dishwasher was not great. The water pressure at the kitchen sink was so low you could not even rinse the sink without filling a cup and pouring it in. They have no house keeping and

We checked in on Wednesday evening and upon check-in we received our welcome packet . In this packet we we're supposed be informed of the $75 cleaning fee (which was not in this packet). As soon as we walked into our room - it appeared cleaned , however that was not the case . My daughter walked around the room for not even 5 minutes and her feet were covered in dirt. This was brought up to the front desk and asked if they can mop the floor and they said "yes, for a $75 cleaning fee" the other option Michelle gave us, with and attitude , was "we can supply you with the cleaning

Trash trash trash. There is a noise ordinance at 10pm in IRB, that's why we select this city for having 4 small children. It's usually family friendly. Not at this hotel! Don't let it fool ya! After 10pm is when it begins. Yelling, screaming, partying. Loud motorcycles and vehicles. After making several calls to the desk nothing was done. After midnight I finally had to call authorities. Never again!!

Great location with a cool looking swim park. However, the first room we got had hairs on the bed. Not to mention the sheets were wrinkled. I suspect the cleaning staff just made the bed from the last guests and didn't change the sheets. Not to mention, there was mold on the shower curtain and the toilet seat was falling off. After I let the desk know, they quickly moved me to another room. By the way, these are tiny rooms and very dated. Definitely was not a clean smelling room. This one had mold on the wall from where the towel hook is located. They also only supplied a half a roll of toilet

There is much more to be said about this hotel but when I woke up with bedbugs (see pictures) on me and later found out that my granddaughter's face got bit up by them (see pictures), the rest of it took a back seat. I checked in on Sunday, September 20th to a 2 bedroom unit at Harbourside. We had friends joining us on Thursday so the second bedroom was empty except for a couple of hours on Tuesday when my granddaughter took a nap in one of the beds. On Wednesday I found out that my friends could not join us after all. On Thursday I stripped the bed in the room I was using to wash the sheets

We were looking forward to our week at Harbourside Indian Rock Beach. The resort looked amazing from the pictures and write up on their website. We paid over $1,000.00 for a seven night stay via the Armed Forces Vacation Club.

The issues with this 2 bedroom unit started at check in. After doing the check in paper work, we were issued 3 plastic keys and a laminated parking pass with the warning, failure to return the pass will cost you $50. Why not just take the make, model and license plate number of the car like every other lodging establishment in the world? We were also advised that due to

I will start with the 2 room apartment was nice and mostly clean. Thats where the positive review ends.
Firstly, there are no cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc). We had to go to the office everyday for our rations (including toilet paper). No extra blankets were provided. One blow dryer for both bedrooms. All 4 beds were hard and lumpy with a mattress protector that crinkled everytime you moved. The dishes were put away with food/residue still on them. Probably because they will not provide dish soap, sponges, or scrub brushes. We spent a good amount of time doing laundry

If I could give less than a one I would due to extraordinary hygiene violations even if it was not COVID days which their site claims to be paying extra attention to details for...this was THE worst experience I have ever had at any resort/hotel that I have ever personally experienced. I came as the quarantine lifted to have some R&R. They have a limited check in timing so I stayed in a great and clean hotel which I went back to after the horrifying standards at this location. First, I was charged an additional "resort fee" past the charges I had already committed to. All this
