Stay away from this horrible place. I booked a reservation through Expedia. I chose to pay at the time of check-in. The manager called the day I was supposed to arrive and demanded my payment right then over the phone after I said I would arrive later that evening. I refused, and he grew extremely nasty. I ended up calling Expedia, who canceled the reservation for me with no penalty. I would not recommend this rat trap to anyone and would sleep in my car first before spending one minute or one dollar at this hideous excuse for a motel.

We stayed 2 years ago and just stayed again. Even had the same room! Prices are good, rooms are remodeled and have that tropical feel. Very clean and the owner's are so nice! Pretty much the only place I will stay in clearwater! Nice pool and even nicer pool area with mini golf. Nice little hidden gem!

Stays at this Motel for one night when I got into town. excellent place. quiet great room the owner was great. super friendly price was excellent. We had a reservation down by Clearwater Beach stay there for 5 days did not care for it and came back to this Motel to finish our vacation for the next five more days it is a great place to stay highly recommended.

Greeted at the door with a smile! Room was awesome and pool was perfect! Whatever past reviews .....don’t pay attention if they are bad. This is an exceptional hotel/motel. Location, comfort, price, all very pleasing. I had a great night sleep. The only sound I heard was the birds chirping in the morning. The last motel (on the strip) in “downtown”Clearwater was a nightmare. Please stay here instead! You won’t be sorry. 😍💃

Booked this place because it LOOKED like you want a Florida vacation hotel to. We were not disappointed. The owners are on-site and from check in to checkout they were super nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The hotel is 9 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach, 15 or so to Clearwater Beach, and the aquarium. All in all it was a very nice trip. Would 100% stay here again.

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m 30 years old and the bar is already pretty low but this hotel really takes the cake. Some highlights -
1. No hot water.
2. Dirty beds(clearly not washed. Full of sand and dirt)
3. Bug infested
4. Management requested $50 in cash to hold for deposit. Refused. Don’t give it to them- tell them to charge your card or say you’ll “do it later” and never follow up.
Cheap owners really ruined a property that could be phenomenal if it were well kept and actually cleaned/maintained. Charge more a night, or actually reinvest your $ into
