SCAM - don't waste your money!
I went for a Clear and Brilliant treatment and bought a package of two. I've had these treatments done 8 times over the past couple of years. Typically I have been very pleased with the results - I haven't had a treatment better than this. Not this time! The treatment made me break out all over my face - the worst breakout I've ever had. And even after getting over the breakout, there was ZERO difference in skin texture. Usually a C&B will make your skin so bright and clear.
Not only that, during the entire treatment (~20 mins) the technician was trying to upsell

Would not recommend. Jessica Feig MD not very knowledgeable. Basically had to tell her what to do and what prescriptions to write me. Really astonishing. Furthermore, billing was incorrect and when I spoke to the office manager, Ada Castro, she took a firm stance of being unwilling to help, even though there was clear evidence of their mistake.

High Referral to contact Garland Lee, PA because her Upmost Care in treating My Skin including V- Beam for post inflammatory erythema, corticosteroid injections for a hypertrophic scar and cyst, and hyfrecation. Her treatments have prevailed. My skin is looking good and healthy. Garland Lee, PA is Very Knowledgeable and Works with you on pricing for treatments. I Love Garland Lee, PA.

I have been using DLS Flatiron for a few years for the sole purpose of an annual skin cancer screening. I initially I found their service professional and assuring. This year however, I was left feeling very disappointed and let down as a patient after having a biopsy taken, followed with zero communication of process, results, except for chasing me for billing (which I was surprised by a second bill for a second seemingly unnecessary visit). I found it very difficult to contact them (unanswered calls, non returned voicemails) to find out the results of the biopsy. Finally, after getting through

1. I had a biopsy done and was never contacted about the results of this biopsy. I had to call the office and ask for the results MONTHS later.
2. They will neglect to send you a bill and send you to collections services immediately. Once you figure out their game plan they will bounce you around from phone number to phone number trying to get you to give up.
3. When you schedule an apt with a specific doctor, they have no loyalty to your appointment. I schedule an appointment with a doctor and a nurse practitioner was who I met with.
Save yourself hundreds

My experience at DLS Flatiron has been great! Garland Lee (the PA) is so friendly, and so is the rest of the team. She always asks me how I'm doing and doubles down on the questions/covers all her bases. The ladies at the desk are always so helpful, and if I need to reschedule anything or need an emergency video visit, they always help me out and take care of things super efficiently. Same goes for the Medical Assistants, they're super responsive and always ask good questions. Two or three times now I have needed to reschedule to a video visit for schedule purposes and they somehow make it work

I regularly visit Garland and have also worked with Dr. Feig. They have always quickly treated medical issues and been very helpful with information for cosmetic treatments too. Really appreciate their patience, thoroughness, and positivity. Staff is also very friendly and using my insurance/payments has been really timely and easy.

Due to COVID19, I was not sure to visit the any doctor unless it was an emergency but Dermatology, Laser and Surgery of Flatiron PLLC made my visit secure and pleasant.
Since the time I called, I noticed they were following CDC guidelines. They demanded to fill out, email the registration form before the appointment, and advised that in order to have an in-person visit; I needed to agree to their COVID-19 policy (wear facemask, screening questions, and temperature check) otherwise I was welcomed to book a virtual visit.
I had a wonderful experience, the front desk and the staff were very friendly
