First of all, I stayed at Oak Creeks apartment for two years and no apartment complex is perfect but I can honestly say my stay here was pretty good. I really have to say that Rosario Hernandez was incredible from the beginning until end of my stay. She was very professional and dependable whenever I needed help with anything. I will miss that staff and I will highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Thanks!!!

I came to this property & over all did not like my experience here. I have never experienced anything like this before . I was planning on getting an apartment but leasing person was rude & attitude was ugly . Acted like she didn’t even want to help me, I suggest management to talk to their staff about how they talk & act towards potential residents .

I came to this property looking for information on a one bedroom apt. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted & was ignored. The leasing agent had a bad attitude, was super rude & VERY unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable & she spoke to me like I was irritating her... I will DEFINITELY NOT be coming here again especially to live here & I do NOT recommend anyone coming to this place unless your desperate & want to be treated bad ! 👎👎👎👎👎

I have been looking for apartments for the last week or so, Mayra the front office leasing representative greeted me very profacionately, super nice person. She also went through every detail for the floor plan that was available at the time. Awesome job. She answered all of my question, very good communication.

Overall this has been the best apartments I have lived in. I have been here 2 years. The management is great and always take care of things.
Maintenance here is great as well. Work orders get taken care of very quickly.
The grounds and building are well maintained.
I would recommend Oates Creek Apartments to anyone. 🙂
