The most important issues of our time and into the future will be defined by the ENVIRONMENT. Climate change, dwindling resources, pollution, over-population and more are all growing problems that we must address now. ECA has been working with clients to find solutions to environmental issues for over 20 years.
ECA clients are a diverse mix of government agencies, corporations and non-profits. What keeps them coming to ECA? We understand the complexities of serious environmental issues and provide industry-renowned strategic thinking on these issues. We help our clients tell their stories and shape public opinion.
Over the years, ECA has published an array of materials, models and articles we thought you might find of interest. Here are some of our favorites, and links to some of our colleagues who we believe are changing the world. That's why we named this section, 'Thought Leadership.' Enjoy, and let us know what you think.
Addressing environmental and sensitive issues all starts with a strategy. This is the foundation of the work we do with clients. Communication is one of the most unconscious acts people do. Thus, successful communication must be intentional, based on core beliefs and policies and all lead to a known goal.
Public awareness campaigns are largely a function of "social marketing" - marketing a behavior versus a product. Whether we are doing campaigns about water quality, litter, energy use and alternatives, transit, or air quality, ECA relies on its team of experts that can dig deep into our subject matter.
