The challenge you get in Eshe's HONEY IM FIT boot camp is real and you will for sure feel the burn. She makes it fun to push yourself no matter your fitness level. Eshe is a great personal trainer and motivator. She understands how to create exercise plans, that help your target areas while completing a full body workout.

She incorporates your mind and soul into your workout process, to encourage her clients to remember that the most important aspect is to love yourself first. She has truly been a great aspect to my journey, and I look forward to continuing to work with her to reach my weight loss goals. Eshe is a ball of energy and she transmits her energy and smile with her trainees!

I am your Coach Eshe N'kenge; fun loving, free spirited & driven to help you achieve your goals! My Love for health and fitness began at a very young age. I realized my passion in 5th grade when I joined "Girls on the Run", and participated in market day opening "Eshe's Super Smoothies". There was no turning back after that.
