I have been training clients in the Chicagoland area for the past 8+ years and can genuinely say I love what I do. I have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from youth athletes and individuals just starting their fitness journey, all the way to professional athletes. For the past few years, my focus has been on training busy, working professionals whose goal is to lose weight, gain muscle and transform their bodies and minds.

I enjoy helping my clients find out how far and how hard they can push themselves. It is rewarding to see not only the physical changes, but the mental transformation that my clients go through. I realize there is more to getting results than just the hour or so once or twice a week clients spend with their trainers.

I've been training with Brandon for over a year now, and as someone who never strength trained regularly before, it was important for me to meet a personal trainer like him. His quiet and warm encouragement never intimidates and his customized workouts are always tough and focused on the fitness goals I want to reach.

I have been using Brandon for personal training 1 - 2 times a week over the past 6 months and could not be happier! He started me off on a program where I was pushed daily, but also looked forward to coming. Brandon is increidbly flexible with my schedule and allows me to shift as needed, while still holding me accountable. I have never felt better or stronger than after working with Brandon these last 6 months. Cannot recommend him enough for anyone in the area!

I started going to Brandon's group classes every Saturday last summer and I haven't stopped! I missed group fitness and felt like he took the safety of the participants very seriously. The classes are challenging and Brandon does a great job watching and correcting form whenever it's needed. Also, I've had various injuries over the last year and Brandon always adjusts the exercise so that I can still get a good workout without aggravating my injuries.

Deciding to work with Brandon as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I wish I made it sooner! Brandon takes time to get to know each of his clients personally and ensures he knows their individual needs and goals.
He is very organized and communicative, especially in the gym. After each exercise, he makes sure to ask how I felt and will immediately suggest any adjustments based on my feedback. The results I saw in just my first 3 months were unbelievable - I am not naturally muscular, but with Brandon's guidance, I have made more progress than I could have imagined

I’ve been working with Brandon for over two years now and couldn’t be happier. Brandon has developed workouts for me that are challenging but not intimidating, and has helped me progress towards my goals week by week. He always checks in to make sure I’m happy with the workouts, and answers all of my questions on form, best practices, etc. so I feel more confident in the gym on my own as well. He’s an excellent, knowledgeable trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
