Pamela Groth is the owner and hands-on Director of Mother Goose Early Learning Center. Prior to purchasing MGLC, she worked as a teacher and then director of Mother Goose Learning Center for the past 13+ years. As Sheri decided to retire, Pamela and her family were given an awesome opportunity to purchase MGLC; to keep the legacy going.
Research confirms the first five years are particularly important for children's brain development and during the first three years, children learn more quickly than any other time in their life. To ensure children are getting off to the right start in their educational journey at MGLC, we have carefully chosen one of the highest quality, research-based curriculum for our infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
We know how difficult finding the right childcare program is for families, and to have peace of mind when leaving your precious little one in someone else's care. You will not find a more qualified, loving staff than at MGLC. Our staff have over 60+ years experience in taking care of infant & toddlers.
Preschool students begin their day with a healthy nutritious breakfast served from 8:45 - 9:00, prepared fresh here at the center. After breakfast we will begin our morning with a group meeting and socialization time. We will discuss our daily schedule so your child knows what their day will entail.
At MGLC our goal is to help prepare your child to successfully and confidently enter kindergarten. The Creative Curriculum for Preschool focuses on the total child, bringing together learning in social emotional, physical, language and cognitive development. It includes phonological awareness, phonics, math, science, Spanish, sign-language, creative arts and music, with endless opportunities for choice, problem solving and creativity.
