Little Cupcakes Child Care LLC is an early childhood education provider based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We maintain a positive atmosphere where children are kept safe, healthy and active as they explore and learn about the beautiful world around them. All our classrooms have low child to teacher ratios which means that your child will have ample teacher to child interaction in a given day at the learning center.

Services
One step at a time, your child will learn, grow and discover his or her talents. Many of the kids at Little Cupcakes Child Care LLC get to experience awesome first time experiences as they learn new skills, make new friends and practice counting, telling the time, finger painting and a whole lot of activities that stimulate their growth.
Little Cupcakes Child Care LLC hopes to develop our students' active minds and give them a healthy sense of curiosity to explore their world. Under the supervision and guidance of our teachers, children can grow while we encourage them to become the best they can be. The Infant Care program involves regular teacher-child interactions that foster early development and build trust for the child towards his or her caregiver.
Each of our child care rooms offers an age-appropriate, structured schedule. The schedules are posted in each room for you to review during the tour. Each of these meals follow the Child and Adult Care Food Program and special attention is given to children with food allergies. The enrollment packet must be completely filled out properly.
We want to be a place where: Children are valued for their meaningful work. Staff are valued for their zeal, knowledge and commitment. Children's learning and growth are seen as intertwined. Staff create places and spaces for caring relationships. Children's ability to wonder, explore and soar. Staff delight in being with children and share in their joys.

I have to mention before my kids came here they were in a in home day care and they never brought arts & crafts home , they barley got to go outside and play & that’s one of the main reasons why I wanted to switch to a public day care , I came across little cup cakes I toured it and fell in love !! I absolutely hate change but I knew this needed to happen and I knew my kids would love it , July 2020 is when both my kids started this day care and I couldn’t be more happy with the staff ! My kids bring home arts and crafts , they actually give me a sheet of what my kids did for that / nap times

My daughter just started going here a few months ago and honestly the sudden change in care has been a huge blessing. The staff is super friendly and take the time to give your child then individual care they need. My daughter has made new friends and grown so much here than her previous care facility. I can’t thank little cupcakes enough!

I've been with Little Cupcakes for 2+ years now the staff is awesome!!! They love their job and what they do and you see it in the way these children are excelling. The ladies are so kind they understand things and are willing to work with you on a personal level at times making the experience with having to use childcare easy and productive! Amanda is absolutely amazing! and I just adore Ms Vickie and Ms. Carrie and a lot of the other women who's names I cant quite remember but all the ladies are awesome and I'd certainly recommend this daycare.

One of the best family owned daycares in town. It’s taking your kids to be with family that teach them the things they will need to go further in life. The preschool room is great they get kids ready for school and are a friend for them to turn to in time of need. The infant room staff is great and they genuinely care for the babies like they are their own. I loved this daycare and would refer anyone to take their kids their. Loving environment for young kids you don’t have to worry your children are in great hands when you can’t be with them.

My daughter used to love this center as a child, she attended from the time she was 2 until she turned 5 and went off to Kindergarten. She still asks to return and see everyone. I have also been a staff member at Little Cupcakes since 2012, and know first hand the love and positive attention the children receive daily. It’s been a pleasure working with the children everyday, watching them learn and grow from babies until they go off to school.

My daughter has been going here since she was 3, I love all of the staff and teachers, they're always understanding and really build a bond with your child. Jayda is 5 now and will be going into kindergarten in August, I'm extremely sad that we will be leaving little cupcakes but I want everyone to know that is a GREAT place to take your kids!

Great place! Great Staff! My boys love it there my 3 year old talks about what he learns everyday! My 3 month old loves all the love and attention he gets from the ladies at little cupcakes!!
Also I am a staff here at little cupcakes childcare so I know first hand that the love and attention is awesome!! We are very understanding when things come up!

I lovvveee them❤❤❤ especially Mrs. Autumn she wonderful and full of life my daughter loves her. The other staff is amazing as well my daughter learns so much everyday and she is 1 and knows sign language. I recommend them before i recommend any OTHER daycare. Mrs. Amanda is very understanding and professional. I love them both. I love all their staff. LOVEEE LITTLE CUPCAKES! ❤❤💯

From the beginning Amanda was very professional and understanding that my work schedule and care hours would vary. Although, due to my varying schedule, my 2.5 year old son cannot go there any more, I feel Amanda and staff at Little Cupcakes were very kind and professional. A clean environment and a good schedule and curriculum for children. I would recommend this daycare to others.
