It's going on 4 years with my wife and still have not accomplished anything just anything but not even a phone call I think they got bigger fish to go after and put my wife on the back burner that's alright do not let them handle ssi disability you won't get any good results 4 years still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this firm for my dog.

They mailed my girlfriend bill demanding payment of something they did not specify or else they will take us to court . After asking basic questions like what when how and who , they yelled at me . They threatened to garnish her wages . They use deception to obtain funds . Which is illegal. They are not lawyers they are spawn of evil who take advantage of poor people. And there’s special places for them. I hope they all burn.

When they call you for questions and leave a message, they speak so low you cannot hear anything that is said. When you answer their phone calls, they don't speak, or if they do, you can't hear them. Automatically makes one think it is a robo call and therefore blocked. When things get resolved, they make up things like you yelled at them, when there was no raising of any voice on either end then leave nasty reviews on your google. I wouldn't use this law group for any purposes, unprofessional behavior as usual.

Received a bill of over 9k in July of 2020. Obtained a lawyer because my ex wife and I divorced in 2016. She was the main signer on a vehicle and I was the co-signer. During our divorce proceedings, I gave everything that was attached to our names back. Fast forward to 2020, I received a letter stating I owe 9k for a car that was returned. Fast forward a little more to 1/2021 I received a letter now stating I owe almost 18k. I called today, 1/26/2021 to see why a double of the amount was for. So far my experience has been pretty dismal. I can relate to the other comments about not returning phone calls because every time I have called to speak to my attorney or one of the people assigned to my case, I'm always told they're not answering their phone and to leave a message. After leaving messages, I never get a return call. I've filed an appeal for denial of disability benefits and have been awaiting a hearing since last year. It would be nice to get an occasional update on the status of my case, but I always have to log into my SS account to find out what stage of the process it's in

We used Jones Law Group with the highest level of disappointment! When filing for an appeal of denial in SSI, they had medical release forms to be signed. This gives them all rights to pull or collect any and all medical records. Liz (contact for the case) never returned calls or answered any messages left. We the client had to go collect all medical records and deliver them to Jones LG office due to their lack of responsibilities! Recently found out the appeal was approved in August. I have not worked with many lawyers but I can tell you this, they fall far from what I would consider as good*. 3 plus years of working with them and they still can't seem to call or email you back, and if they do it's quite possibly weeks or even a months later. Eric Jones is the most compassionate, hard working and decent attorney I have encountered. While appreciating the gravity of my situation and the detrimental effect it could have on my professional life, he exuded calm authority. I vetted other "more experienced" lawyers claiming to specialize in healthcare. They were completely unaware of the statutes surrounding my case and did not bother to research my specific issue before providing me with recommendations that would have ultimately cost me thousands of dollars, months of wasted time and severe emotional duress.

Based on my last experience this summer with the Jones Law Group in Columbus, Ohio, I feel compelled to write this review in regards.
