The best part of living here is that I am now a morning person. Never thought I would be but weekly when the fire alarm goes off randomly at 4 am for an hour it motivates me to get out of bed and start my day. No Alarm clock need! However it is not just in the mornings. On a zoom call at 2 pm, eating dinner, working, cooking, really just living in your apartment I can promise you will have the blaring fire alarm as your background noise constantly. It Goes off for so long I have to leave the home because I can’t do any meetings with a blaring alarm as my background noise. Also if u have kids

The 5 stars given go directly to John Jean, the manager of the property. Not only is he a genuinely great guy, he is also extremely accessible and quick to help you with any issues you may have. He's conveniently located on the property 5 (sometimes 7) days a week and goes above and beyond for his tenants. John is the best property manager I have ever had, and we here at the Flats are lucky to have him.

The leasing person, John Jean was very kind. He was so patient and answered any question I had. The apartments he showed me were excellent and he helped me find one in the perfect location! I’d definitely recommend John for anyone looking for a new place to call home. The apartment and location are great!!

My son is looking for a place in the area but after reading the reviews.....no thanks! Sounds like the management office is NOT being run properly. Also, to the management, of a resident takes the time to write a review at least have the courtesy to write EACH person individually and NOT a canned response.

Time for an update on a review. We are in tough times right now. I've lived here less than a year. Ive seen three leasing managers. Our leasing manager we have now is doing a fantastic job. We have hand sanitizers at the elevators and also as we exit and enter the floor to our residences and the garage. Today I'm working from home, and the tile walkways to our apartments have been mopped and cleaned and you can smell the disinfectant. I've never requested to have anything fixed. But I'm sure if I did I would get a response ASAP. Any emails I sent to management, I get a response

I wish I could add a video so you could hear the atrocity that is the fire alarm. It goes off consistently at 4am for 2 hours at a time, multiple times a week. With the construction in the square, workers trip it off and the fire department doesn't even respond at this point. What if there were a real emergency.
The place is detrimental to your health. You can read reviews of others experiencing black mold (our dishwasher has this problem).

I would like to inform future renters to read these reviews. When I first moved in here I overlooked the reviews thinking this would be a great location which I absolutely agree. Your accessibility to restaurants and entertainment is phenomenal however I believe there are better alternatives. For the price that you pay to live here you definitely aren’t getting your moneys worth. The property is unmaintained and management is hard to reach. Any issues you have in your apartment usually takes days to weeks just to get a response. I have had three different managers since I moved in here ( previous

I would like to lookout for anyone looking for a "luxury" apartment in west palm. I have lived here for 4 years now and have had the worst experience with specifically management at the property. When I first moved in here the management was very generous while showing the apartment they claimed luxurious amenities. However, after my move-in date management was ghost. I have had several issues with this apartment and the maintenance doesn't exist here.

My place has Toxic Black Mold. I have been cleaning up fungus daily. My one child is tearing his skin open, sleeping 20 hours a day, is barely eating, pale; looks deathly. My other child is getting headaches, has soars in throat, is losing sensation in her left foot, is falling alseep often, and I am in a fog, have chest pains, a stinging in my feet, rash, and our Mycotoxins are extremely high. The fungus is everywhere! I had to get my own mold test done, and because the manager is on vacation they do nothing! I fear the lives of children and myself. This place is an absolute scam. The property manager is extremly nice and fake when you are viewing the apartment and then does a total 180 once you actually move in. Our apartment was not ready to move. It had not been painted and there were nasty brown stains all over the carpet. The manager told us she would not be able to have anything fixed until at least two weeks after we moved in because her maintenance person was on vacation, but we would still have to pay rent during that time. There is supposedly 24 hour maintenance however the the last maintenance person (who was amazing) left
