This building is now forcing its residents to enroll in “fetch delivery” in order to receive mail/packages. Not only is this a service they charge for but the service is terrible. Forget about your prime membership, because fetch doesn’t deliver the same day they receive it, and most likely not until 3-4 days after they receive it. Also fetch has a zero liability clause for lost packages. They refuse to allow ups/fedex/Amazon into the building to use the Luxor boxes. I’ve seen piles of packages left outside on the street. Go look up the reviews for fetch… it’s crazy. This all stems

Absolute disaster of a building. Within the last month: the inside pool door entrance? Broken. The outside pool entrance door? Broken and locked. The side entrance door? Broken and locked. The grills are never functioning and I get stuck in the elevator at least once a month. I’m also shocked the side fire escape entrance, they took the door handle completely off. So in case of an emergency, fire personnel have no access to that side from the bottom. Instead of marketing this building as a “luxury” building, why not just call it the tower of terror? Can’t wait to get out of this building

Managers exact words after raising rent 20% in one year with maintenance uncompleted: "if you move someone else will take your apartment and pay more".
Security camera have been offline since I moved here and I've had my balcony robbed 3 times in a year.
I've spent the last 7 months asking for my sliding door shades to be repaired, everyday they have some excuse. The building needs new management, the current manager is like speaking to human resources at a company that hates its employees.
Dog washing station? Ran out of shampoo 2 months ago, told me they were replacing it, but there still

I think this is the first bad review I've ever actually taken the time to write.
I got a parking ticket here for being in and out of a friends house (I was there for about an hour). I have been here many times and I always register my car. ALWAYS! I reached out explaining that it was an emergency situation and that I did not stay long. I know they are able to see my history here, and that I once again ALWAYS register my car when I come to Sole. My advice is that 1) Register your car 2) If you get a ticket don't waste your time refuting because they don't care. Wish I wasn't forced to give a star

Nice new property downtown West Palm Beach. Really great amenities including a pretty sweet movie room which is nicer than others I have seen. Pool is pretty standard. They have grills which are nice and not seen in every apartment building. Amenities are a little bit crowded. Rental staff is very nice and accommodating.
