DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’m using a private account because I truly believe that this place is dangerous. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year. In that year we have been robbed 3 times. His motorcycle was stolen, someone broke into my car and stole my wallet with all of my identification and money inside. the first time we were robbed was on Christmas Eve when our Amazon gift cards worth $1000 were stolen from our porch. This by far is one of the worst communities to live in WPB. Management is horrible. I moved into the community and they placed me in a unit with a broken refrigerator. When I reported it, they took over 5 months to fix it. I did not get a new fridge until my entire family got food poisoning. The community is by far not luxury. The corporate office failed to reimburse any costs associated with the food loss that was experienced over five months. The fridge for five months would turn off randomly defrost, then refresh’s the groceries. They had no sympathy or care.

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would! Moved into this place with a broken toilet seat, broken cabinets, a washer and dryer that stopped working within the first month and continues to give us problems each month among other problems including BLINDS missing in the living room upon move in..like come on—did they even do a walk through at that point?! I have to go to the laundry mat on a weekly basis because it takes maintenance forever to even respond to your service requests! I would recommend living here to anyone! Colton's team in the front office is helpful and they are always kind and considerate. They are full of relevant information, always eager to answer my many questions, and they make living here feel safe and comfortable. That goes for the maintenance team as well-- this place is always beautiful and clean! And they greet me every time they see me with a smile and a wave, which means a lot to me. I have loved living here, even when it was almost time to move on and move somewhere else, Colton went out of his way to make Jefferson our home and not go somewhere else. He is so professional, personable, and really cared about what was important to me. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Was great when they first opened up & now the worst part is their management staff.
The apartment itself is great, and the maintenance staff does a great job answering maintenance requests and making sure everything is running.
My two situations that I had with the main office (besides the normal picking up boxes or getting air filters) was… horrible. Now that I’m finally gone, they try to take $ from your direct deposit for things that don’t meet the requirement of damage exceeding normal wear and tear. This place really does try to nickel and dime you to the very end.

Love this place. Management is very nice, friendly and well organized. If anything needs to be fixed or maintained, the staff takes care of it within 24 hours. Just yesterday we had an amazing event; a movie 🎥 night outside at the pool with complimentary Pizza 🍕, soda, water and popcorn. Thank you to the staff working these extra hours, serving and providing excellent service to us residents of Jefferson palm beach.

We are really enjoying our new apartment here. Centrally located near the major highways and so close to City Place, beaches & great eateries! The staff has been great and the property is always well maintained. We've been playing on the outdoor billiards table at the pool a couple nights a week, so relaxing. I love the pool area, we use it quite a bit.

I would not recommend living here at all!! First of all, my car was stolen from here, yes right outside my window! Gated community, which does nothing to protect us at all! Also, other cars being broken into. We get a letter Crime Issue, please lock car doors etc. really? That's it? No security? They have an off duty police officer..? Where?
The… management team here could care less.. They never followed up with me after the incident of my car stolen.. No sorry that happened etc.
