No accountability alone with poor communication starting off as you read the reviews you’ll read replies that suggest just that as stated prior every situation there will be an excuse. I’ll briefly tell you my… experience currently my home has been without Air conditioning *texas heat alone with no electricity in the main restroom as well as the dryer not functioning properly. Alone with multiple hallway issues that have added putent smells that management has not addressed after calls to corporate and the property. Management is very aggressive,abrasive, not tolerable and baseless

Since moving into Alta Sobo Station, the leasing staff and maintenance staff had been on top of every request, need I've made. The resident get togethers are fantastic. Its a nice "thank you" from Jessina, Kelsey and WRS. What's been really impressive is the maintenance team. Joel and his team was on top of things. He worked tirelessly to get to… the needs of each resident meet. At least that the talk of the community and my experience. :) ) Then COVID came and on top of the teams daily task, they took on the responsibility of sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning the whole community. Terrible building. Terrible management company. Goldie Bartlett SVP at Wood Residential Services will not even chat with residents about unresolved issues. Kristin Gross the regional manager lies and says how much she's done for the residents in the absence of a property director, but when asked to provide she will hang up on you. She should… have stepped in to assist the property when we didn't have a manager, but she did not. The building has been a year without a property director, but Kristin Gross was no where to be seen. She had Tiera Hunter act as a PD. Tiera is unfriendly, never

I currently reside in Dallas, TX at Alta Farmers Market, and have been here for almost a year. Even though the office staff may have changed, the manager Jennifer Hilton is absolutely the best. To her you are not just an apartment number, you are an individual. She assures this attitude to details are carried through to the people that work with her.
