Monica is the owner of M Salon. She received her basic cosmetology license at Lee's School of Cosmetology in 1988 and continued advanced training with Martin Parsons in Canada, as well as Toni & Guy. She also completed the Paul Mitchell associates program in Nashville, TN, and in New York, NY. Monica Specializes in Caucasion Curly Hair, whether natural, or relaxed.
Stylist Conrad "Wil" Lewis - Previous owner of Bellina's Beauty Bar in downtown Hot Springs is a certified Chi color specialist and also certified in Brazilian Blowouts. With over 5 years experience in the industry, Wil has continued education on the newest and innovative techniques concentrating on waxing, color correction, and corrective cuts.
As a 2010 graduate of Paul Mitchell the school Honors program. Evan found his specialty in Highlighting and Layer cutting and has been working in salons for over 7 years. After being in the salon for a couple years and deciding to further his education with Paul Mitchell he enrolled in the Instructors program and taught in a school for over two years.
Catherine Phillips joined M Salon in 2017 as a Professional Stylist and Colorist. Catherine specializes in fashion/exotic colors, blondes, completely out of the box cuts, and stylish men's cuts. She is beginning her fifth year behind the chair, and 2nd year working for a boudoir photographer.
She focuses on each of her clients allowing for major transformations, and also subtle changes that are meticulously calculated by face shape and every day life.Born and raised in Arkansas, Catherine successfully completed her hair and make up certification in 2013 at the prestigious Toni & Guy Academy in Dallas, Texas.

AMAZING salon, Monica was very personal, we sat and discussed my hair and what I wanted, she did an Awesome job, very pleased!!!! They carry too line hair products and Amika which I use and more, very welcoming atmosphere and they are very accommodating to your hours to fit you in on your time, wonderful salon!!!!!

This is the best salon I have ever been to! The people there are so nice and helpful. This is the second time Christy has cut my hair and it is always perfect. This is the only haircut I love where I just asked her to cut my hair how she thought. It turned out so wonderful even my Mom loved it and took a picture of it so we could remember to have it done that way every time I come there. I even decided to have it colored and Evan was so sweet and helpful. We were talking about how I could only use Wella haircolor and Evan offered to pick it up for me on the way in that morning. Superior Service. My hair can be difficult and Monica took the time to show me the best method for styling past my problem areas and doesn't try to sales pitch you on everything in the store. She genuinely cares about people and takes the time to listen to what you want and is honest with you about what to expect. I can actually come in and just say do something that fits this face and she does magic!

I moved to Little Rock recently and needed to get my hair cut and styled for a business dinner with my husband's boss. It was a last minute situation, but, after reading many positive reviews on Google and Yelp I decided to call M Salon. I am tremendously happy with the result! The lovely stylist Katherine was able to fit me in for an afternoon appointment. I had a vague idea of the cut I wanted and, with the help of a picture, Katherine was able to modify the cut to suit my specific needs. While I was there I mentioned the trend of modified rainbow hair dyeing and Katherine was quite knowledgeable

I had been searching for a good hairstylist for months when I ran across Sonia Spainhour at M Salon. Sonia use to color my hair years ago. I am so happy to have found her again. She executed beautiful highlights and gave me a wonderful cut. The service provided there exceeded my greatest expectations. Sonia is a very skilled stylist with a great personality. Good overall experience, great customer service, and now I have real good looking hair.

If you're new to Little Rock, and looking for a hair salon, THIS is the place you should go. The owner Monica, is so incredibly accommodating, and wants to make sure you leave happy. If you have any problems at all, she goes above and beyond to make it right. Sonia colored my hair and did such an incredible job. I had never colored my hair before, and she worked with me to make sure she understood what I was looking for, and explained the whole process.
