Salon Forza gives exceptional service. Jen and Rosie’s color, cut and blow dry services are exceptional. They use the best products and keep up with trends. All the others do a fabulous job as well. Where to begin... I have curly hair and my hair stylist, Jen, knows how to cut curly hair and style it, CURLY!!! Imagine that, I'm not forced to straighten it because she doesn't want to take the time to actually work with curly hair. All the stylist will take the time to work with your hair and do it how you would like. It's the most enjoyable experience, loving how your hair is cut and walking out loving it. I also take my special needs daughter to the salon. Rosie is her stylist and let me tell you, Rosie is an angel sent from above. So, so patient with my child. Her first cut, my child refused

I have am so happy this salon was recommended to me.. after I got a really bad hair cut almost 3 yrs ago at another salon that promised they could do curly haircuts..I had lost faith in hairdressers until I came to salon forza. Emily Ann D made me love my hair again. She is awesome whether she does it curly or straight. I am beyond grateful! Anyone who goes here will never be disappointed.. everyone there is amazing! 🤩💕

Kristina has been doing my hair for about 2 years now and I can honestly say she’s the best to go to! Whenever I want to try something different with my hair she’s ready to jump right in! I visited the salon yesterday, Kristina was my stylist. I would highly recommend her and the salon as a whole. It’s been a while since I’ve treated myself and I was not disappointed. Went to Salon Forza for my first time today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was looking for an early morning appointment for my hair and the stylist (Rosie) came in early to accommodate the time I was looking for. I showed Rosie a picture of what I wanted for my hair and she delivered just what I was looking for (even better actually!). The salon was warm and welcoming and I'll definitely be back.

I love this salon! I recently moved to the area and Salon Forza has been such a great experience. The Stylists take time to explain how to make your hair better without selling you on products you don't need. I have learned more about hair care from the past few months than I have in my lifetime of going to Salons. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, I look forward to every visit!

Horrible and very expensive salon. Took my cousin here to get a one process, a cut and a Blowdry. Her hair was very uneven at the ends. Her hair is blond. Her root color was way off. How can you mess up a root touch up?? Very overpriced and the owner was very rude to her staff. Wont be going back anytime soon.

I can't say enough incredible things about this salon. I just moved to Andover and came to this salon to fix multiple bleed spots from a recent terrible job at a different salon and the results from salon Forza are amazing. I came in for a consultation with the owner who is bright, cheery, and welcoming, but most importantly honest. We spoke about an upcoming hair care plan and I got a partial highlight and blowout the following week. THIS PLACE IS A GOD-SENT. I can't stress that enough. Thank you to salon Forza for fixing my hair and my confidence!!!!

This was a very friendly and nice salon. Carissa was my stylist and she did amazing! I wanted a medium length a-line bob and she really took her time to make sure I was happy with my cut, I loved it. It's always hard to find a stylist that listens and gives you what you want but Carissa went above and beyond! Thank you Carissa! I look forward to returning!

Me and my daughter came in to get our hair done for a upcoming fun holiday weekend to NYC.
On arrival we sat right next to each other explaining to each of the hairdressers what we liked done.
I wanted my hair dyed a solid color and I also wanted highlights. They highlighted my hair first, then stated that she was going to touch up my ends with my root color? That's not what I wanted at all! She walked me over to the dryer, where she left me cook at while the owner was on her way out she quickly spoke with me and then went back in a private room where she consulted

I've been coming to Salon Forza for 2 years now. The stylists seem to be uniformly excellent. Rachel Brunette is my usual stylist--she's talented as well as being super-easy to talk to and relatable. Rachel's always able to match the color I'm hoping for, with the actual color that she uses in my hair. When I told her I wanted to try something different, but I wasn't sure exactly what, I liked the color that she chose. Because of my work/family schedule I sometimes have to come on a day/time when Rachel wasn't available, so I've also received color & cuts

So good. I love coming here, the salon is gorgeous. I love the employees who always make you feel welcome and relaxed. I love my hair every single time and have never been anything less than 100% happy when I leave. I still see Jen and will happily see wonderful Rosie if our schedules don't align.
Certainly a luxury salon in Andover, and certainly worth it.

Not a bad experience, but I won't be back. I always get my hair cut at Supercuts because I never want anything fancy or special done to it , just a trim and shape up. This time I decided I wanted to change my style and get something a little more styled and special. I brought a picture of a girl with a medium length bob that was shorter in the back , with longer pieces in the front to frame the face.
Walked in, was immediately greeted and offered a seat and a refreshment while I waited for my stylist. I felt super fancy and doted on. When she was ready for me she took a look at the photo

Had a wonderful experience at Salon Forza just this morning. Overslept a bit and didn't have time for coffee before rushing to the salon, and was pleased when I was offered a cup as soon as I arrived for my appointment.
They feature a 20% discount for first-time appointments, applied to all services and products purchased - wonderful deal.

The staff offers you a drink right away, and the shampoo chairs elevate your legs and massage you while you get shampooed. Very relaxing.

I have been to Rosie numerous times. I had her do my hair an make-up for my Sept 2013 wedding and it was perfect, seriously the best. My hair was a masterpiece. My make-up was awesome and didn't budge. My hair did not budge either (even after putting a rock climbing helmet on over it)!
I have also had Rosie do a glaze - perfect color. Not to mention she does my hair cuts, and I am always thrilled with the results.
The salon is stylish, clean, comfortable and cozy and the girls at the desk are friendly and helpful.
