We are so excited to share with you that in just three short years we won BEST SALON in Merrimack Valley! I came to live in America 5 years ago and found it so so hard to find a hair salon that could do my hair the way I liked. I have tried so many salons and admitted that not having a good hairdresser was one of the things I missed most about Ireland.

Services
Theresa Gallagher is a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist as well as published makeup artist. Her passion is to enhance the natural beauty of her clients and educate them on maintaining healthy skin. Theresa's work as a makeup artist ranges from bridal, fashion, editorial, fantasy makeup and much more!
Helen is a senior stylist known in the Andover/ North Andover area with over 14 years of experience and a great taste for beauty. Her master skillset includes blonding, dimensional color, balayage, and advanced cutting. She was trained and certified in color theory at Joico and learned the art of balayage at the L'Oreal professional academy in New York City.
Shana has been fulfilling her childhood dream in the beauty industry for the past 15 years! Shana graduated from Lowell academy, but did not stop there! Shana thrives on continuing and advancing her skills through classes and trainings. She has trained and graduated from Aquage Academy as well as L'Oreal Academy.
It's not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and make yourself a priority, it's a necessity. Danielle Manseau is a stylist with an old soul at heart. She graduated from the prestigious Paul Mitchell School in Rhode Island, has continued gaining valuable knowledge through her experiences, and now has 10 + years in the industry.
Frankie graduated from Nashoba Valley Technical High School's cosmetology program as a post graduate. With over 8 years of experience between working for one of Andover's top salons deemed by Merrimack Valley Magazine, owning his very own salon, and working as a freelance artist for WWE, his accomplishments continue to grow.

I followed Shana to this salon from Tewksbury and I just love her! I was blonde when I came to see her for the very first time and wanted to go back to my natural color of red. Shana transformed me back to a redhead and I can't tell you how much I love my color!! I get so many compliments from people about how they love my color and my hair. I am so grateful I found her. So many times I wanted to go back to my red, but stylists in the past were always intimidated by the color and never did what I asked. Shana listens to what I want, and always does such an awesome job!! I always leave the salon

BEWARE! I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS TO THIS PLACE BUT I CANT! I went to get a root touch up and ended up with two different hair colors on my hair! SHANNA messed up my hair like someone that has never been to a cosmetology school! And I noticed is not the first time she does this to someone's hair. Check the lowest reviews for this place and you'll know what I mean... And the WORST is her arrogance and her incompetence to recognize her incapacity to be a Professional hair stylist. I think she needs to be honest with herself and go back to SCHOOL! I refused to pay for messing up my hair and I was

Amazing service and the BEST team ever. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming, and you can tell are always willing to learn from each other. I specifically go for Theresa, who has literally trained my brows and lashes to grow from the mess they were last year to *chef’s kiss* perfection. I’m a waitress who actually had another table (not mine) physically stop me and ask where I get my brows and lashes done because of it (and I am…so serious.) Definitely give them a try!

I have seen a Frankie for my hair for many years! He does an amazing job. I’ve had many services including color, style, blow dry, cuts, and Brazilian blowout. Frankie always does an amazing job and I leave the salon feeling great! I recommend him and the Salon Metta team for all your beauty needs!

This was my first time at Salon Metta. The salon was SO clean and everyone was so happy and nice. They have a great process for the keeping things in order and safe.
Helen did my hair and I couldn’t be MORE pleased with how it came out!!! I am recommending this salon to anyone in the area!! Much happier here than the top salons in Boston.

Absolutely love Salon Metta. From the minute you walk in the door, appointments are always on time, professional team with up to date skill sets, who do their upmost to give you a hair style that suits you! Leah has been styling my hair for over 10 years and always on point. Their products and service are second to none. You don’t need to go to Boston to get what’s on trend when Salon Metta is in our back yard!

I don't know what I'd do without Danielle! I myself am a cosmetologist and she is the best colorist I've ever met. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She can work from any picture I show her to give me a unique, dimensional color, from natural to funky. She's super quick and professional and it's clear she loves what she does. The entire Salon Metta team is fantastic and maintain a beautiful salon! I recommend it to all my friends. I drive almost three hours from the Cape to get to Salon Metta for my appointments and wouldn't have it any other way!
