Warning! Prices are NOT posted and quotes not honored. Our bill after services rendered was double what was originally quoted. We booked an appointment during regular business hours and were told later that we were charged a premium because they refused other customers that day and because one of the women drove an hour to get to work just for us - we were NOT told this would be the case when we booked. This is a real nice salon. I am a high lift blonde and have had a very difficult time with getting the color right. I can not believe what a nice job the owner did for me. She really took her time, and she really thought about what she was doing. I was very comfortable while having my hair done, and the salon is also nice and private, which I enjoy. She definitely has extensive experience, that shined through..I am extremely fussy, and I all I can say is-Wow, nice job! High lift blonde and gloss. This is a first for me in a long time. Thankful.

I have been going to Alba Since she was In North Reading 12 years ago, she is the very best Stylist. She gives you her complete attention for the entire length of the appointment. She is friendly, gracious and very reasonable. I have been bringing my son there since his first cut. She is awesome with kids and displays great patience. I would not hesitate to refer someone to this Salon.

Alba is super friendly, welcoming, and gives a great men's haircut. I got lucky when my wife found this place because Alba has given me some of the best haircuts I've had anywhere. I've liked her style recommendations too because I have cowlicks and really fine hair which has proven to be difficult for other stylists and barbers to work with in the past.

This is the ONLY place I go to get my hair cut and styled! Alba is professional, kind, welcoming and a master at her craft. Last week, she did a keratin treatment on me to minimize my frizz and fly-aways and I am so pleased with the outcome. Lydia gave me a free make-up trial and I was so impressed with the product that I purchased my own bottle of foundation right then and there - custom made for my skin! These ladies are wonderful.

Don't be fooled by this small little salon. The owner Alba, has years of experience from working in salons on Newbury street. She will make your hair look great.
I was reluctant to take her hairstyling advice at first, but after a few visits it was obvious she knew what would look best for me. Now I go in and let her take the wheel:)

If you are an organized person and a planner, like myself, do not go here.
I called in December to set up a wedding hair and makeup trial for the beginning of January. After a couple of phone calls back and forth confirming the appointment, I showed up to the salon on the day we discussed. However, when I walk in for my appointment I was met with a look of confusion. The owner had completely forgotten about my appointment.
