Iv'e got a 2020 Corvette that had a cracked windshield and it required replacement. I tried another high profile auto windshield replacement company and they were completely incompetent. I contacted Citywide Auto Glass and instantly realized they were superior in every way. It took a while to find the glass but they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I finally had the glass installed and it was flawless. The entire install took about an hour and everything was done perfectly. I gotta say that Citywide Auto Glass company is one of the most legit companies in all of San Diego. In the month of August I just happened to be in the exact wrong place at the exact wrong time and my 2020 Porsche Taycan took a direct (rock) blow to the very center of my windshield. I immediately started calling all my car loving buddies to see if they had any replacement recommendations. I had a pretty large crack in my windshield and had to get it replaced. A friend of mine recommended Citywide Auto Glass and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I requested a quote online, and had a call 2 minutes later. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, and come to my work for the replacement! Wow! Awesome experience from start to finish!
Had my driver side window smashed out during a break-in at our condo parking garage.
After initially calling the dealer only to quickly realize they typically have a third party vendor install windows, I eliminated the middle man(dealer) from my search and found Citywide.
Richelle was phenomenal and scheduled me for an appointment within 48-hours of our initial conversation. Only to call back later and offer me a mobile unit service call the next day... which unfortunately I could not take advantage of.

Citywide was professional in every aspect of replacing my rear passenger vent window for my 2005 Acura. The cost was reasonable, the person I placed the order with had everything at her fingertips and scheduled the appt promptly, the person that called me the day of the appt to remind me was great and the best part was my Tech, Helio, was amazing. My back passenger window would not roll down so he had to take it out to be able to replace the vent window. He did that at no extra cost AND fixed that back window so now I can open and close it. So thankful for professionals like these folks. I

The staff and the technicians seam to go out of their way to make the process as pleasant as possible. Even with Insurance, I was not enthused about replacing the windshield on a new vehicle with less than 500 miles. Should the need arises once again, I will not hesitate to seek their services.

My windshield frame dosen't touch the glass but I guess that my fault for having a company who doesn't stand by there work do the job and make it right ..new car or old car you get what you get ...

Prices are the best! Mobile installation included and taxes were apart of the quote. Saved me $$$ compared to a competitor. The service tech was very knowledgeable. Told me that whoever replaced my window last, broke my clips and did not glue the bottoms half of my window. Honest service and would highly recommend.

The service is mobile, so they can come to your location. Helio was my technician and did a great job with the full replacement of my front windshield. I thought the price was very fair. I never thought I would be raving about getting my windshield fixed, but these guys were phenomenal. They seamlessly coordinated with State Farm to apply my insurance coverage. I was able to get an appointment with them within 2 days of when I called. They came to my house and got the job done in my driveway in less than an hour. I was able to pay with credit card. Cash is an option, too. If I ever need services again, I will for sure schedule with them!

I have used City Wide for the past 20 years but got 'steered' to a franchise glass service by my insurance company. When the franchise showed up, the tech saw the condition of my weekend grocery-getter and let me know up front that he was provided a generic window seal and this was different from the manuf piece. I called to get the right piece ordered and all I got was pushback.
