I have been a client of Dr Jones Since 2007, What I love about Dr Jones is her work ethics, She is always on time and she is amazing when it comes to her treatment and listening to what the problem is and giving an accurate assessment of what you need. Dr. Jones is professional, caring, patient and answered all my questions. Her staff are friendly and kind. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent Dermatologist, as well as a friendly and warm atmosphere!

Not helpful..staff not help either. Found a better dermatologist. Dr.Jones doesn't take the time or attention a doctor should give patients. I think she spent 3 mins in the room with me discussing my issue. The medication she prescribed did not help me my issue after 2 months. When I told her, she simply told me, "To just keep taking it".

I’ve been going to Dr. Jones for 18 years now and she has been more than my dermatologist...SHE’S FAMILY! Dr. Jones has helped me with my cystic acne in my early twenties all the way up to my present “starting to gracefully age” early fourties. Dr. Jones is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dermatologist. I've been going to her practice for years and Dr. Jones is always so kind and considerate. She always straightforward and tells me exactly what I need to do in order to maintain my health. Her staff is so nice and easy to work with! Overall, amazing practice and would highly recommend it!

I have been to Dr.Jone's office twice already and I must say that the staff is amazing, they are very courteous and always find a way to accomodate their patients, while practicing social distancing and literally disinfecting the entire area after every patient. As much as they try they cannot always please everyone as their are more demanding patients who require extra attention. When things do not go their way they find the need to post negative reviews. Dr Elena is super professional and kind. She's very organized in delivering her treatment. She is very generous in giving samples and advising one on the best pharmacy to received best rates. She know about melaninated skin and is a celebrity dermatologist. She also has lovely skin!!! She is the solo dermatologist at her office.

I wanted to give this office a better rating; I was referred here by by coworker, who highly recommended Dr. Jones. The doctor herself is sweet and understanding, however, the office definitely overbooks. Every time that I've visited, I've spent over 20-30 minutes waiting to be seen. My initial experience, during a visit to Dr. Jones office, started with a well organized and attentive staff. Their customer service skills made me feel like they enjoyed their jobs, working with people and working together. Elena took her time and she is good - literally no complaints about her services, but like most places....sigh, the front desk staff will make or break your experience. Getting a hold of someone on the phone takes some time and from what I've experienced, hiccups (scheduling, insurance, etc.) are probably common. Sigh. Elena is so popular be prepared to wait if you aren't one of the first appointments.

I had an appt at 9am. I was there at 8:55. I wasn't taken to a room until 9:35, by the time I left around 9:50ish. there was standing room only in the waiting room, so approx. 9

When I initially called I was told there was a consultation fee I asked if that fee would be deducted from the procedure. Answer was " Yes". When I got there I paid out of pocket a consultation fee of $300 and was told it would not go towards the procedure. They said if I had insurance the insurance would pay for the consultation fee. Whether I had insurance or not any consultation fee always gets deducted from a procedure. My children and I have been going to Dr. Jones for over a decade (since they were knee high to a grasshopper). Now they are teenagers and she still has the same wonderful bedside manner. She takes her time with each one - both professionally and personally. And she is the only dermatologist who can help address their severe eczema condition. Her practice is out of the way for us and our busy schedule and her hours do not make visits easy. We have to book well in advance and travel to get to her but it is well worth it.

I had my first consultation with Dr Jones last week. I highly recommend.
She spent quality time with me. I didn't feel like I was just another patient. She listened to all my concerns and thoughts. Very professional.

I had a 12:30pm appointment. I left work to head there and called to say I'd be 10 minutes late, they told me I'd have to reschedule because the doctor is going somewhere for lunch.. I'm not even going to bother scheduling another appointment. Wasted time and money today unnecessarily because the doctor has a lunch date.

I love Dr. Jones. She's always very professional and pleasant. I made an appointment a couple months ago for skin tag removal. The procedure was quick and painless and has left no scarring. Her front desk staff has greatly improved.

Dr. Jones came highly recommended, but I was unable to book an appointment. I called twice and was asked to hold. Both times I waited for 5-7 minutes in silence (no music or anything) before giving up and hanging up. The second time was me trying hours later thinking they were busy the first time. My good friend was recommending this doctor. But after a few visits she started looking for a new dermatologist. I dont want to post details to maintain my friend's privacy, but based on that experience i am being forced to warn others.

I saw Dr Jones only once for what ultimately was my first BCC. I had had a small white crust appearing on my forehead, sloughing off and reappearing for several weeks when I remembered reading somewhere that cancer is a lesion that does not heal. So I booked an appointment with Dr Jones because she was the nearest dermatologist accepting my insurance. She looked at the lesion and said "It is just a clogged pore" She cut it with a scalpel and put on a bandage. Weeks later, the lesion reappeared so I went to see another dermatologist who immediately ordered a biopsy. You know the rest of

LESS than stellar. To her credit, Dr. Jones is a remarkable physician, who's practice is hampered severely by an unprofessional staff, devastating appointment waits (and scheduling) and terrible prescription policy.

Her staff continuously give patients the run around, and could care less about the experience of patients. Generally - appointments must be scheduled nearly a month in advance . . . The communication between staff members seems to be poor. Upon calling and discussing appointments/prescriptions, people tend to drop responsibilities, not recall conversations that have occurred

Have been seeing Dr Jones for several months & she's just awesome. The regimen she put me on is showing results & I'm so happy to have found her.

Dr. Jones was courteous, punctual and professional! The office was clean, the staff was warm and welcoming.

I'm in my 30's and I had my first acne break out EVER! Dr. Jones took her time to asked relevant questions and placed me on a regiment including suggestions for makeup (AMEN). I will follow the regiment and see what happens..... (and I'll update this post in 6 weeks). :-)

UPDATE: 2/28/2016: So, maybe my 6 weeks is longer than most..... buy here is the update: Acne free and blemish free in less than 3 months following the doctors orders. :-)

Dr. Jones is fantastic and knows her stuff however, the hour plus wait in the waiting area is not so fantastic. I've been there at times where it was standing room only.

This is NYC and I understand most doctors overbook but this office is just outrageous with the overlapping appointments. It's usually 5-10 minutes per patient max with Dr. Jones.

I knocked a star off because the hydro-cream she used to sell over the counter is only available by prescription now. At $130 a pop, I think it's up to my discretion as to how I want to pay for it.

27 never had acne until 23 when I got Nexplanon (birth control goes in your arm & stays for 3 years). My face exploded, primary care doc. said wait for my body to regulate, never happened. Took it out 9 months later face has never been the same.
