It was clear from a young age that Stephanie Lee cultivated a strong interest in health and fitness. In fact, she was named Wellness Student of the Year in 1996 at Overland High School. From there, she received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Sports Medicine at University of Charleston, where she learned the science behind the body.
