Absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. We have live here almost 3 years. Had 3 water leaks never was fixed. About a month ago there was a flood in our apartment ceiling fell in and we are still waiting on this problem to be fixed. The new property manager has been great but corporate does not care. Still expecting you to pay $900 rent for an apartment that is falling apart. I would not recommend this place !!

I hate having my own place to stay at southridge commons i hate this place i hate that place so i pick city heights magnolia place apartment dale street new Iberia Louisiana 1001 for me to have my own place to stay way more better than southridge commons so that way i can stay having alot of fun living and staying by Walmart super 1 and all the rest of alot of them stores across them streets because i would never ever kill anybody

Ashlyn is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the property management realm. A good landlord makes or breaks your renting experience, and she never hesitated to help with anything that came up. Maintenance staff is fantastic as well. Location is convenient for traveling to downtown or work across the river, and it's definitely the safer block of the south side.

We lived in Southridge Commons for three years and had a fantastic experience here. The location was perfect, as my husband and I both worked at Purdue (literally 10 minutes away), and found the place spacious, quiet and enjoyed using the fitness center. From the very start, Alissa was a pleasure to work with in knowing we drove a ways to find our next home out of state. We loved her professionalism and how she took care of us on the spot. She literally had our lease ready to go the day we completed the application and understood our time crunch due to our future jobs. We reached out to maintenance

This was my first official apartment and I loved it! I was able to move in early, and they were always there for questions when needed. I always felt safe living there and would highly recommend living there to everyone! Maintenance and the office were easy to talk to and able to help whenever needed!

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been a great experience. The maintenance staff is very nice and everyone is always kind and accommodating. This is a very quiet complex that has tenants ranging from small families to college students. In the two years I've been here there have been very few, if any, noise problems. On another note, the dog park is great even if it is a bit small and it is a great way to get to know other people around the complex.

Beware!!! I was a resident with Southridge Commons for three years and I still can't recommend them to anyone. When contacting the management with a problem, they will yell at you, put you down, and hang up on you. There are so many other places in the area that provide a much better living environment. If you enjoy pot-smoke and partying every night, then you might be okay.
